A ação judicial em que os trabalhadores da base do Sinditest obtiveram nova vitória se refere a não incidência do Plano de Seguridade Social (PSS) sobre adicionais de periculosidade, insalubridade e irradiação ionizante após a entrada em vigor da Lei nº 10.887/2004. A ação abrange trabalhadores (as) da UFPR e UTFPR.

No caso da UFPR a justiça aguarda apresentação de documentos pela universidade, já no caso da UTFPR se aguarda a realização de audiência conciliatória para executar o pagamento. Em ambos os casos a ação coberta pelo escritório Trindade & Arzeno Advogados Associados em parceria com o Sinditest está em fase de cálculo.
