Devolução do Imposto Sindical FUNPAR/HC 2015!

Inicialmente a devolução do imposto sindical estava programada para acontecer entre os dias 21 e 28 de outubro, entretanto com a greve dos bancos não há como retirar o valor necessário para realizar a devolução. Não há previsão para nova data da devolução. Avisaremos a categoria da nova agenda assim que os serviços bancários normalizarem.
A obrigatoriedade do pagamento da contribuição sindical pelo trabalhador está prevista na CLT, sendo que 60% do valor cobrado é destinado aos sindicatos. A gestão Sindicato é Pra Lutar é a favor da DEVOLUÇÃO DO IMPOSTO SINDICAL ao trabalhador, por isso deu continuidade a política da gestão anterior, as duas únicas gestões a assumirem este compromisso com os trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC. A devolução do Imposto Sindical acontece desde 2012 e neste ano não será diferente!
Fazemos questão de devolver o dinheiro dos trabalhadores da FUNPAR/HC porque entendemos que esta não deve ser uma contribuição obrigatória e sim uma atitude que parta da vontade cada trabalhador e trabalhadora quando acreditam na força desta ferramenta política que é o sindicato. Este é o papel do sindicato.
E não temos dúvida: a categoria FUNPAR/HC sempre demonstrou a vontade de mudança e a coragem para a luta em todos esses anos que o Sinditest representa a categoria. Por isso hoje nos orgulhamos de ser representante desta categoria corajosa, um verdadeiro exemplo, principalmente para as demais categorias que atuam no Hospital de Clínicas.
