Zaki Akel garante que não atrasará mais salários da Funpar

O reitor da UFPR, Zaki Akel Sobrinho, garantiu em reunião na tarde de sexta-feira, 15, que não haverá mais atrasos no pagamento dos trabalhadores da Funpar em 2016. “Eu e a direção do hospital [HC], junto com a Ebserh, vamos garantir que não haja mais atrasos este ano”, comprometeu-se ele.

Ainda assim, Zaki Akel admitiu que os salários de janeiro, depositados na quarta-feira, 13, oito dias após o prazo limite, só foram pagos após a Funpar “raspar o cofre”. De acordo com o reitor, a situação financeira do HC não é boa. “O Ministério da Saúde tem atrasado os seus repasses. É esse o grande gargalo.”

A reunião de sexta, entre representantes do Sinditest-PR, reitor, direção do HC e comissão formada por trabalhadores da Funpar, durou cerca de duas horas.

Em uma fala de abertura, Zaki Akel disse querer mais “diálogo” e evitar o “esgarçamento das relações que aconteceu em 2015”. “Se tiver que fazer paralisação, enfrentamento, nós vamos fazer. Essa é a posição do sindicato”, rebateu José Carlos Assis, coordenador-geral do Sinditest-PR. “Dizem por aí que o sindicato não tem diálogo. Não é isso. Nós temos posição. Vamos continuar fazendo o nossos trabalho”, completou.

Carlos Pergurski, também coordenador-geral do Sinditest-PR, foi na mesma linha. “Esse discurso do diálogo, que sem dúvida é desejável, precisa se traduzir em ações. Não adianta a gente sentar aqui e fazer um pacto de boa vizinhança se os trabalhadores da Funpar continuarem sendo assediados, continuarem sem receber salário.”

O assédio moral sofrido pelos trabalhadores da Funpar dentro do HC foi um dos temas da pauta. Vários servidores relataram episódios de humilhação e coerção (um ofício com esses relatos foi entregue ao reitor). “Eu fiquei internada três dias por causa dos assédios que sofri. Eu tentei até suicídio. Tenho o prontuário que comprova isso. O senhor [Zaki Akel] não tem ideia do quanto estamos sendo agredidos”, contou uma servidora. “O nosso produto aqui no HC é a vida humana, e a atual direção do hospital não sabe o que é isso”, completou.

Ponto eletrônico e RU
O ponto eletrônico voltou a ser pauta das reuniões entre sindicato e direção do HC. Na base, muitos trabalhadores com expediente de seis horas reclamam de precisarem assinalar o intervalo legal de 15 minutos. “Às vezes o cara está no 15º andar, precisa descer até o hall para bater o ponto e o intervalo dele acaba nesse deslocamento”, argumentou José Carlos de Assis.

A direção do HC se comprometeu a lançar um comunicado aos trabalhadores tornando oficial a pré-assinalação do intervalo. A partir do dia primeiro de fevereiro, também a tolerância para eventuais atrasos passará a ser de 15 minutos para todos os funcionários.

O aumento da refeição no RU para servidores, que nos últimos dias passou de R$ 1,90 para R$ 6, deverá ser assunto de uma próxima reunião.

Sem restrição
De agora em diante, representantes do sindicato não devem mais ter a entrada barrada no HC, conforme comprometeu-se o reitor. Tampouco o carro do Sinditest-PR, que vinha sendo impedido de passar pela cancela do hospital. “Ninguém será barrado. Barrado ninguém pode ser”, comprometeu-se Zaki Akel.

De acordo com o que ficou determinado no encontro, todos os ofícios enviados pelo Sinditest-PR à direção do hospital devem obter resposta, o que não vinha acontecendo até então.

A direção do hospital também se comprometeu, nos próximos dias, a liberar uma sala dentro do HC para que os trabalhadores possam reunir-se em assembleia.

Todas as deliberações da reunião foram registradas em ata.
