Vitoriosa Jornada de Lutas dos SPF encerra com plenária de avaliação

A Jornada de Lutas dos Servidores Públicos Federais (SPF), iniciada na terça-feira (7), teve seu encerramento nesta quinta-feira (9), em Brasília (DF). Uma plenária que reuniu diversos trabalhadores, de várias categorias do serviço público federal, realizou a avaliação da jornada e apontou encaminhamentos para o prosseguimento e crescimento da luta nos estados.

Durante uma hora, os servidores presentes avaliaram o processo de lutas empreendido pelos SPF e sobre quais devem ser os  próximos passos do movimento. Foi consensual a avaliação de que a jornada foi vitoriosa por ter conseguido a antecipação da reunião de negociação com o Ministério de Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão (MPOG) para o dia 23 de abril. Também foi acordo a posição de que é necessário o fortalecimento do Fórum dos SPF nos estados para ampliar a mobilização.

Marinalva Oliveira, 1ª vice-presidente do ANDES-SN, foi a primeira a falar na plenária. De acordo com a docente, as vitórias da Jornada só foram possíveis por conta da unidade dos SPF, mas há ainda muito pelo que batalhar. “Ao contrário do que o governo queria, a mobilização dessa Jornada conseguiu antecipar a reunião com o MPOG para o dia 23, e é necessário que intensifiquemos a mobilização para que a negociação se efetive. Além disso, houve a aprovação do Projeto de Lei (PL) 4330 na Câmara Federal, uma verdadeira reforma trabalhista que é uma derrota. Mas vale lembrar que só conseguiram aprovar a terceirização a partir da repressão aos sindicatos e movimentos sociais do lado de fora do Congresso”, apontou Marinalva.

A recente aprovação do PL 4330 foi tema também recorrente nas avaliações. Paulo Barela, da Secretaria Executiva Nacional da CSP-Conlutas, ressaltou a luta que está sendo feita contra a retirada de direitos promovida pelo governo e pelo Congresso Nacional. Para ele, o momento de crise econômica e política vai fazer com que se tentem retirar mais direitos dos trabalhadores, com ataques cada vez mais violentos. O dirigente da CSP-Conlutas apontou que a resposta deve ser a mobilização, e que os SPF devem fortalecer os Fóruns estaduais.

Entre os encaminhamentos apontados na plenária estão um calendário com as próximas atividades e lutas dos SPF. Um boletim, contendo as discussões da Jornada, será divulgado em breve. O calendário pode ser conferido abaixo. Na manhã desta quinta-feira (9) houve ainda outra atividade da Jornada de Lutas, com manifestação dos SPF em frente ao Palácio do Planalto. Os SPF foram recebidos pelo secretário-geral da Presidência da República.

Data a definir – Na segunda reunião de negociação com o governo, ato nacional e reunião ampliada dos SPF em Brasília-DF.
