ANDES-SN e Fasubra participam do Pleno da Andifes e cobram ação de reitores

Ao final da tarde, o Comando Nacional de Greve do ANDES-SN protocolou pedido de audiência com o ministro Janine

Representantes do ANDES-SN e da Fasubra participaram na tarde desta quinta-feira (11) da reunião do Conselho Pleno da Associação Nacional dos Dirigentes das Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior (Andifes) para expor aos reitores das Universidades Federais os motivos que levaram à deflagração da greve dos docentes federais e técnico-administrativos das universidades federais e solicitar pressão junto ao governo federal par abertura de negociação com as entidades sindicais.

Na entrada do prédio da Andifes, professores e técnicos dos comandos de greve das duas categorias recepcionaram os reitores, que chegavam para o Pleno da Andifes, com panfletos da campanha do Dia Nacional dos Apaixonados pela Educação Pública, chamando os gestores a se juntarem na luta em defesa da educação pública. Nessa sexta-feira (12), devem ocorrer manifestações nos estados para marcar a data.

Durante a apresentação das entidades sindicais na reunião, foram distribuídos também documentos aos reitores comprovando as inúmeras solicitações de abertura de negociações com o Ministério da Educação (MEC) pelas duas entidades e ainda cópia do acordo firmado entre a Secretaria de Educação Superior do MEC (SESu/MEC) e o ANDES-SN, em 2014, e negado pelos atuais representantes do MEC, na última reunião com o Sindicato Nacional, em 22 de maio, uma semana antes da deflagração da greve dos docentes.

“Com essa negativa, a nossa avaliação é que o governo rompeu o processo de negociação, embora o ministro Janine tenha dado várias entrevistas alegando o contrário e dizendo que a greve era precipitada, que há abertura de diálogo”, disse, falando pelo ANDES-SN, o presidente do Sindicato Nacional, Paulo Rizzo.

O presidente do ANDES-SN ressaltou a desestruturação da carreira docente, aprofundada pela lei 12.772/2012, e a situação precária em que se encontram as instituições federais de ensino, lembrando que a greve foi o último recurso encontrado pelas categorias para pressionar o governo a abrir negociações efetivas. Tanto ANDES-SN quanto Fasubra reforçaram a necessidade de envolvimento dos reitores na luta em defesa da educação pública, pois como gestores eles também estão sendo diretamente afetados pelos cortes impostos pelo governo no orçamento do MEC. Os representantes das entidades cobraram ainda da Andifes interlocução junto à Sesu/MEC para a retomada de diálogo com as categorias.

“Os reitores, obviamente, conhecem a situação das universidades, logo a nossa expectativa é que eles atuem junto ao Ministério da Educação para que haja abertura de negociação tanto com o ANDES-SN quanto com a Fasubra. Queremos ser aliados dos reitores na defesa das verbas para as instituições federais, porque os cortes são efetivos e estão impedindo o pleno funcionamento das instituições. Esperamos que os gestores tomem um posicionamento firme e mostrem ao governo e à opinião pública o quadro real da educação federal: que as universidades estão numa situação inadministrável”, avaliou


Pedido de audiência

Na tarde desta quinta-feira (11), o Comando Nacional de Greve dos docentes federais do ANDES-SN encaminhou carta ao ministro da Educação, Renato Janine, solicitando audiência com o MEC. No documento, os docentes, em greve desde 28 de maio, ressaltam que o movimento paredista, já deflagrado em 29 Seções Sindicais, é resultado da insatisfação da categoria com a ausência de resposta à pauta de reivindicações, particularmente em função de não terem ocorrido avanços na negociação entre o ANDES-SN e o governo desde 23 de abril de 2014, quando o MEC assinou acordo sobre pontos iniciais da reestruturação da carreira do magistério federal. Desde então, reiteradamente o Sindicato Nacional tem solicitado reuniões para avançar na negociação.

A carta registra ainda que “no último 22 de maio, em reunião entre o ANDES-SN e a Sesu/MEC, o Ministro em exercício, Luiz Claudio Costa e o Secretário de Ensino Superior, Jesualdo Pereira Farias, ficou definido que este Ministério marcaria nova audiência para responder à pauta de reivindicações da categoria. O indicativo para a reunião apontado pelo próprio secretário foi a segunda semana de junho. Entretanto, considerando que até o presente momento não recebemos qualquer comunicado sobre a audiência, vimos por intermédio desta reiterar a necessidade do MEC responder à nossa pauta e agendamento da reunião”.

Ampliação da greve

A greve dos docentes federais for deflagrada em 28 de maio, com a adesão imediata de 18 seções sindicais. Nas últimas duas semanas, o movimento foi ampliado e atualmente já abrange 29 seções sindicais do ANDES-SN. Confira aqui a lista.

A Fasubra protagoniza uma das greves mais intensas da história da entidade, com adesão, até o momento, dos técnicos de 58 universidade federais e três institutos.
