URGENTE! Trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC estão com salários atrasados e sem previsão de data para pagamento!

Os trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC ainda não receberam o pagamento referente ao mês de dezembro. Segundo Aline Simão, coordenadora do Departamento de Pessoal da FUNPAR, ainda não há previsão de pagamento porque a União não fez o repasse de verbas para a fundação. Ainda, segundo Aline, há um indicativo de que o salário possa ser depositado na conta dos trabalhadores neste final de semana, mas não há nada confirmado.

Hoje, dia 08 de janeiro, se esgotou o prazo para que o pagamento fosse executado em dia. Conforme o ACT da categoria, o pagamento do salário deve ser realizado até o 5º dia útil de cada mês. Se os salários não forem depositados na data de hoje, o Sinditest vai entrar amanhã na Justiça do Trabalho contra a FUNPAR por descumprimento do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho.

A direção do Sinditest informa que caso o pagamento não ocorra até o final desta semana, o sindicato chamará uma assembleia na semana que vem para decidir as ações que deverão ser tomadas com o conjunto de trabalhadores, podendo haver indicativo de paralisação das atividades.
