Sem receber salários e benefícios trabalhadores terceirizados do HC paralisam atividades

Desde às seis horas de hoje (09), os trabalhadores terceirizados do HC contratados pela empresa HAMIRISI estão paralisados por conta dos salários e benefícios atrasados. Com as palavras de ordem “Queremos nossos salários” e “Vergonha”, os trabalhadores protestaram durante toda a manhã em frente ao posto de Pronto Atendimento do Hospital de Clínicas.

As (os) trabalhadoras (es) estão sem receber parcela referente ao 13º salário, vale alimentação, vale transporte, horas extras, insalubridade e o salário do mês de dezembro.

Aproximadamente 250 trabalhadores são contratados pela HAMIRISI, terceirizada que contrata mão de obra barata para atuação em serviços gerais no HC. Como parte de uma estratégia para rachar ao meio a classe trabalhadora, atualmente o maior hospital público do Paraná mantém quatro regimes diferentes de contratação de trabalho, sendo que os trabalhadores terceirizados recebem os piores salários e têm as piores condições de vida. Com a entrada da EBSERH a situação irá piorar cada vez mais.

Boa parte dos trabalhadores está sem receber salário e benefícios referentes ao mês passado. A maioria do pessoal contratado é de mulheres, que nos últimos anos alcançaram o posto de chefes de família e que dependem dessa remuneração para manter a todos. “Tem muita gente que tá sem receber nada, eu paguei uma semana o vale transporte do meu próprio bolso e muitas colegas tão sem o que comer em casa, são muitas mães e pais de família aqui”, relata Angélica Lopes, auxiliar de limpeza.

“A HAMIRISI já vem a um tempo atrasando os salários, que deve ser pago no 5º dia útil. O hospital disse que já fez o repasse, a empresa diz que não recebeu. Nós não vamos voltar ao trabalho enquanto não pagarem nosso salário”, afirma João Gerônimo Filho, diretor do Siemaco, sindicato que representa a categoria.

Josineide da Silva trabalha há 15 anos no HC como auxiliar de limpeza e relata que desde quando esta empresa entrou no HC os problemas de atraso de pagamento ocorrem. “Quando essa empresa entrou nós tivemos que paralisar, agora tá acontecendo tudo de novo. Tamo com todas as contas atrasadas, a gente fica desesperado sem saber o que fazer”, desabafa Josineide.

Em nota o Hospital de Clínicas informou ao Sinditest que realizou o pagamento mensal referente ao contrato e que a HAMIRISI se comprometeu a pagar todos os funcionários  ainda hoje (09/01/15) e encaminhar os comprovantes para conhecimento da administração do HC.

A redação do Sinditest entrou em contato com a empresa HAMIRISI via telefone mas a atendente foi hostil e disse que não há tem nenhuma informação para repassar sobre o caso.
