Trabalhadores da Volks encerram greve e garantem retorno dos 800 demitidos

Assembleia aprovou acordo que garantiu a reintegração dos 800 metalúrgicos demitidos

Os trabalhadores da Volkswagen em São Bernardo do Campo, no ABC paulista, decidiram nesta sexta-feira, dia 16, encerrar a greve que entrava em seu 11º dia consecutivo.

Os metalúrgicos aprovaram o acordo negociado pelo sindicato com a empresa que assegurou a reintegração dos 800 trabalhadores demitidos no início do mês. Isso, sem dúvida, foi uma grande vitória!

Os trabalhadores mantiveram a produção completamente parada desde o dia 6, quando deflagaram a greve após o anúncio de 800 demissões na planta. A fábrica voltará a funcionar na segunda-feira (19).

O Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de São José dos Campos e Região deu todo apoio à mobilização e, inclusive, enviou dirigentes sindicais para se solidarizar com os trabalhadores durante o período em que a empresa permaneceu parada.

O acordo negociado entre o sindicato do ABC e a Volks tem como base a proposta que foi recusada pelos trabalhadores na assembleia de dezembro (e que era defendida pela direção daquele sindicato). Além da reintegração dos operários, o acordo prevê reajuste zero dos salários este ano (nem a inflação) e inflação mais 1% no ano que vem. Os trabalhadores receberão em 2015, na forma de abono, o correspondente ao reajuste da inflação, mas sem incorporar ao salário.

Além disso, será aberto um Plano de Demissão Voluntária para reduzir o número de funcionários da fábrica.

“Acreditamos que a greve dos trabalhadores da Volks foi muito vitoriosa. Eles conquistaram a principal reivindicação, a reintegração dos demitidos. É mais uma prova da força que a luta dos trabalhadores têm para derrotar o governo e os patrões. Agora, precisamos unir todas as forças e seguir na luta para garantir a estabilidade no emprego”, afirma o diretor do Sindicato Luiz Carlos Prates, o Mancha.

Luta continua

Apesar da política de incentivos e desonerações do governo Dilma, as montadoras fecharam 12,4 mil postos de trabalho no país em 2014. Os dados são da própria Anfavea (Associação Nacional dos Fabricantes de Veículos Automotores).

Somente entre 2012 e 2014, o governo abriu mão de R$ 12,5 bilhões em redução do IPI sobre veículos. Já para os trabalhadores, não foi dada nenhuma garantia de emprego.

Na prática, as montadoras usam dinheiro da população para demitir e fechar postos de trabalho. Por isso, as centrais sindicais estão convocando o dia 28 como Dia Nacional de Lutas em defesa do emprego e contra os cortes de direitos trabalhistas e sociais promovidos pelo governo.

“Os trabalhadores precisam se mobilizar contra a ganância das empresas e exigir do governo uma lei que proíba as demissões e garanta nossos salários. Da mesma forma, precisamos exigir a revogação das medidas recentemente tomadas que atacam os nossos direitos, como seguro desemprego e auxílio doença. Vamos seguir o exemplo dos trabalhadores da Volks: Demitiu, parou!”, conclui Mancha.
