Sindicatos e estudantes ocupam escritório do Ministério da Saúde em Curitiba

Uma manifestação nacional em defesa do SUS, iniciada na Boca Maldita, foi encerrada no escritório regional do Ministério da Saúde, localizado no centro de Curitiba. Cerca de 100 manifestantes ocuparam o local, entre eles integrantes do Sinditest-PR, que seguiu orientação da Fasubra, federação que representa os técnicos administrativos das universidades públicas federais brasileiras. O ato, realizado na última quarta-feira, dia 6, foi convocado pelo Conselho Nacional de Saúde.

Na área da saúde, a principal crítica ao governo interino de Michel Temer (PMDB) é o projeto de Desvinculação de Receitas da União (DRU), que retira da administração federal a obrigação de investir parte do dinheiro arrecadado em impostos no setor.

“Se essa conjuntura não nos obriga a lutar, não sei que conjuntura que virá vai nos obrigar”, questionou durante a ocupação a estudante Ana Clara Werneck Ribas, de Florianópolis. Na quarta, estudantes que estavam em Curitiba por conta do 6º Encontro Nacional de Residentes em Saúde participaram da manifestação.

Durante o ato, muitas críticas foram feitas ao atual ministro da Saúde, o paranaense Ricardo Barros (PP). “É muito importante que esta ocupação esteja acontecendo em Curitiba, que é a capital do estado do Ricardo Barros. Ele foi vice-líder na Câmara dos governos Lula e Dilma, e no final do Governo Dilma também já era cotado para ministro da Saúde, enquanto a esposa dele é vice-governadora do Richa”, desenhou Bernardo Pilotto, diretor licenciado do Sinditest-PR. “É uma família muito poderosa. Quando falamos em oligarquia, costumamos pensar nos Sarney, no Maranhão, mas o Ricardo Barros é o líder de uma oligarquia aqui, uma oligarquia que não fica devendo nada para as do nordeste.”

Um funcionário do próprio escritório regional do Ministério fez coro às críticas. “O senhor Ricardo Barros assumiu há cerca de 60 dias e todas as secretarias do ministério ainda estão acéfalas, sem comando. A campanha de vacinação deste ano corre o risco de não acontecer”, censurou.

Ebserh
Durante a ocupação, os manifestantes também reclamaram da gestão da Ebserh nos hospitais universitários. “Nós não entendemos como um governo dito progressista [Lula] foi capaz de entregar a saúde pública dessa maneira? Claro que entendemos. Nós sempre fomos moeda de troca”, disparou Darley Rugeri Wollmann Junior, do Sindicato dos Médicos do Paraná (Simepar). “A entrega da saúde pública é suprapartidária”, ironizou ele.

Mariane Siqueira, diretora do Sinditest-PR, criticou o choque, induzidos pelas chefias do Hospital de Clínicas da UFPR, entre funcionários contratados via Ebserh e Funpar. “É uma lógica capitalista, de colocar trabalhador contra trabalhador, além do estresse que já é inerente à profissão”, avaliou. “O que o governo quer é que a gente se divida ainda mais.”
