A Proposta de Emenda Constitucional (PEC 241/16) enviada por Temer à Câmara dos Deputados em junho deste ano tem como objetivo aprovar o “Novo Regime Fiscal”, cortar ainda mais dinheiro da educação e saúde, “para garantir o pagamento de juros e amortizações da dívida pública à agiotagem internacional”.

A afirmação é do servidor técnico administrativo Evandro Castagna, que atua no Hospital de Clínicas da UFPR, durante encontro realizado na UTFPR de Medianeira. O evento foi promovido pelo Sinditest-PR, no último dia 6.

Na prática, explica Castanha, significa dizer que as verbas federais destinadas a essas áreas deixariam de variar conforme a arrecadação e passariam a ser corrigidas somente pelo IPCA (Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor) do ano anterior e por um período de 20 anos.

Já o Projeto de Lei (PL 257/16), enviado por Dilma pouco antes do impeachment, tem como meta renegociar a dívida dos estados com a União. Para isso, dentre outras consequências nefastas, o governo federal exige que os governadores ataquem os direitos e salários dos servidores e cortem verbas dos serviços públicos.
