PEC 241 é aprovada na Câmara dos Deputados

Michel Temer conquistou mais uma vitória em cima do lombo do povo brasileiro. A Proposta de Emenda Constitucional (PEC) 241, que congela os investimentos em Saúde e Educação por 20 anos, foi aprovada em primeiro turno na noite de segunda-feira, 10, na Câmara dos Deputados.

O presidente ilegítimo conseguiu aprovar a proposta por 366 votos a favor, 111 contra e duas abstenções. O apoio da base aliada foi negociado em um jantar milionário na noite de domingo, 9, no Palácio da Alvorada. Enquanto os(as) deputados(as) degustavam salmão e risoto pagos com dinheiro público, Temer reforçava que é preciso “cortar na carne” da população para pagar a conta da crise.

Tramitação

A PEC terá de passar por um segundo turno de votação no plenário da Câmara, o que deve ocorrer no próximo dia 24, segundo previsão do relator, Darcísio Perondi. São necessários pelo menos 308 votos para a aprovação. Se a PEC passar em segundo turno, seguirá para análise do Senado.

Maldade

O governo divulga, com apoio da grande mídia, que é preciso limitar os gastos públicos para tirar o país da crise, mas mantém sem mudanças o pagamento bilionário de juros aos credores da dívida pública. Criar um teto para os investimentos do Estado em áreas prioritárias, como Saúde e Educação, é penalizar a população mais pobre, que depende do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) e das escolas públicas.

Enfrentamento

As consequências da PEC 241, apelidada de PEC da Morte e PEC do Fim do Mundo, porque fará com que mais pessoas morram nas filas dos hospitais públicos, serão debatidas na assembleia geral desta quinta-feira, 13, na sala 2 do Hospital de Clínicas (HC/UFPR), com primeira chamada às 9h e segunda chamada às 9h30. Na ocasião, a base do Sinditest poderá aprovar paralisação para o dia 25 de outubro como ação de enfrentamento às maldades do governo.
