Novo boletim do Fórum dos SPF repudia pacote de ajustes do governo federal

O material deverá ser amplamente divulgado junto às bases para fortalecer a unidade dos SPF e barrar o desmonte do serviço público e o ataque aos direitos sociais

O Fórum das Entidades Nacionais dos Servidores Públicos Federais (SPF) lançou, no final do mês de setembro, mais um boletim, que tem como elemento central a crítica ao recente anúncio do novo pacote de ajustes do governo federal. Entre as medidas anunciadas pelo governo federal, no dia 14 de setembro, estão o congelamento dos salários dos servidores federais até agosto de 2016, a suspensão dos concursos públicos, cortes no Minha Casa, Minha Vida, e a volta da Contribuição Provisória sobre Movimentação Financeira (CPMF) – propostas que objetivam garantir o pagamento de juros e amortizações da dívida pública em detrimento do investimento nos serviços públicos e nos programas sociais.

“A discussão que vínhamos fazendo dentro do Fórum dos SPF é que, para além das dificuldades impostas pelo governo federal, no último período, dois novos elementos referentes ao ‘pacotaço’, apresentado por Joaquim Levy, ministro da Fazenda, e Nelson Barbosa, ministro do Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão, atacavam diretamente o conjunto dos servidores públicos: o fim do abono-permanência ao mesmo tempo em que o governo apontava a suspensão dos concursos públicos para 2016. Dessa forma, os SPF precisavam dar uma resposta a esse novo ataque do governo”, explica Giovanni Frizzo, do Comando Nacional de Greve do ANDES-SN.

De acordo com o boletim “a suspensão de concursos públicos e a extinção do abono permanência terão efeitos avassaladores sobre as condições de trabalho em todos os órgãos e instituições, pois implicarão em drástica redução do quadro de servidores, o que comprometerá a qualidade do serviço prestado à população”.

Frizzo conta que, como resultado da discussão da reunião do Fórum, no dia 15 de setembro, em Brasília (DF), foi encaminhada a elaboração de um manifesto e a realização do Dia Nacional de Paralisação dos SPF, na capital federal, concomitantemente aos atos nos estados, no dia 23 de setembro. “Transformamos esse manifesto, protocolado, nesse mesmo dia, no Ministério da Fazenda, no Ministério de Orçamento, Planejamento e Gestão e na Presidência da Câmara dos Deputados e do Senado, em boletim para ser divulgado junto às bases, como forma de fortalecer a discussão acerca da atual conjuntura de desmonte do serviço público e ataque aos direitos sociais. Nesse momento é preciso também ampliar a construção dos fóruns estaduais dos SPF e fortalecer a discussão nos estados em que os fóruns já existam”, ressalta Frizzo.

Além disso, Giovanni Frizzo aponta a importância em fortalecer a unidade do conjunto dos servidores do funcionalismo público para reverter o atual cenário de retirada de direitos sociais, dando continuidade ao que já vem sendo feito ao longo da Campanha Salarial dos SPF de 2015.
