Governo descredencia sindicatos e suspende repasse das mensalidades. Medida serve para enfraquecer a greve e debilitar a organização dos trabalhadores.

O sucesso da greve depende agora, mais do que nunca, da participação de cada um!

Por que não houve desconto da contribuição para o sindicato neste mês?

No dia 14 de agosto o Ministério do Planejamento publicou Edital no Diário Oficial da União informando que 198 “consignatárias” (entidades autorizadas a operar descontos de consignação em folha de pagamento) seriam “descredenciadas”, ou seja, teriam suas rubricas desativadas, perdendo assim a consignação no sistema SIAPE.

Entre tais entidades estão diversos bancos, financeiras, seguradoras e cooperativas de crédito. Mas a maioria dos atingidos, como se pode ver no Edital, é formada por sindicatos (muitos deles ainda conservam a denominação antiga de “associação de servidores”).

Da base da FASUBRA, foram descredenciados 13 sindicatos, entre eles o SINDITEST-PR. Da base do ANDES-SN, foram 22.

Segundo informação extraoficial, o “descredenciamento” é resultado da 18ª fase da Operação Lava Jato, que estaria investigando possíveis irregularidades envolvendo empresas contratadas pelo MPOG para gerenciar o processo de consignação. Naturalmente, os sindicatos nada têm a ver com isso. Mas o governo federal parece ter aproveitado a oportunidade para atacar os sindicatos, justamente no momento mais crítico da greve, que se aproxima dos 100 dias.

SINDITEST-PR foi o primeiro sindicato a conseguir liminar contra o descredenciamento

Logo que fomos informados do problema, trabalhamos exaustivamente para reverter o descredenciamento, inclusive com ação judicial. No dia 24 de agosto conseguimos decisão liminar favorável. O juiz ordenou à União que, no prazo de dois dias, comprovasse o cumprimento da decisão, anulando os efeitos do edital e restabelecendo o credenciamento do SINDITEST-PR.

Entretanto, até agora, o MPOG apenas garantiu a regularização para a folha de setembro, isto é, para que tenhamos arrecadação normal em outubro. Não se dispuseram a resolver o problema da arrecadação de setembro. Infelizmente, apesar da vitória que conseguimos na justiça, ficamos sem a arrecadação desse mês.

Não podemos deixar o governo acabar com nossa greve e com o sindicato!

Na Assembleia Geral de Greve realizada na terça-feira, 25 de agosto, decidimos que em dezembro faremos o desconto retroativo dessa mensalidade de setembro, que ficou para trás. Nessa assembleia ainda tínhamos esperanças de conseguir reverter o problema.

Na Assembleia Geral de hoje, porém, 1º de setembro, decidimos lançar a campanha para que todos os filiados e filiadas façam depósito identificado, transferência ou paguem no próprio sindicato o valor da sua mensalidade e do Fundo de Greve (o mesmo desconto efetuado em agosto). O Sindicato tem diversos compromissos, entre eles o pagamento de seus funcionários, que não podem ser adiados.

Além do salário dos funcionários, temos a organização da greve. Estamos na reta final. Não foi possível enviar ninguém para a Caravana a Brasília do dia 27 de agosto por conta desse problema. Se não conseguirmos recolher a contribuição dos filiados(as), não teremos sequer condições de manter nossos delegados(as) em Brasília.

Se cada trabalhador não fizer a sua parte e não contribuir com o sindicato, o governo atingirá o seu objetivo, de minar a nossa organização e enfraquecer a greve.

Por isso, todos devem colaborar. Como dissemos, temos várias famílias de trabalhadores do sindicato que precisam receber seus pagamentos. Não teremos como pagar os salários deles se cada um não fizer sua parte.

Na Assembleia de hoje tivemos um excelente exemplo de comprometimento: 42 pessoas que estavam presentes já pagaram suas contribuições. Temos que encarar o sindicato como encaramos nossos demais compromissos financeiros: como prioridade, pagando em dia.

Você pode depositar, transferir ou pagar (somente em dinheiro) diretamente no próprio sindicato. Nos três casos deve-se guardar o comprovante.

Se escolher depositar, lembre-se que o depósito precisa ser identificado. Após realizar a transferência ou depósito identificado envie e-mail com o comprovante para [email protected] com cópia para [email protected].
