Há um ano Conselho máximo da UNILA não se reúne

As reuniões do Conselho Universitário (CONSUN) da UNILA estão pendentes desde a sessão do dia 29 de junho de 2015, que aprovou por unanimidade a flexibilização da jornada de trabalho dos técnicos administrativos para 30 horas semanais. Completado um ano, a comunidade Unileira quer saber por que o Reitor pro tempore Josué Modesto dos Passos Subrinho ainda não garantiu que instância máxima da instituição volte às atividades.

Em julho do mesmo ano uma Ação Civil Pública movida por um grupo de 120 docentes questionou a medida frente à composição paritária que o Conselho vinha exercendo desde 2013, conforme o Artigo 4º do Regimento da UNILA. A partir dessa linha de ação dos “120”, no dia 20 de novembro de 2015, a UNILA foi intimada pela Justiça Federal a recompor em 30 dias o CONSUN.

Atualmente as deliberações têm sido feitas por Subrinho via ad referendum (isoladamente). Os servidores técnico-administrativos criticam o retardamento da volta do Conselho, uma vez que o debate com a comunidade e a construção coletiva de um projeto de universidade estão sendo anulados.

“O que a gente sente é estagnação em algumas coisas, na construção de debates importantes. A gente está num momento que a gente quer fazer uma consulta para reitoria e não tem a quem requerer”, expõe Ivonei Gomes, servidor da UNILA e diretor do Sinditest. Mesmo os trabalhos da Comissão Permanente de Flexibilização da Jornada estão inviabilizados no momento por conta da ausência do CONSUN.

Eleição das Comissões

Em nota a UNILA afirma que as reuniões do CONSUN serão retomadas a partir da completa recomposição dos integrantes do Conselho, que está dependendo de nova escolha das Comissões Acadêmicas dos Institutos e das Comissões Superiores de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão. Ainda segundo a nota, não houve candidatos para algumas das comissões, então será realizada chamada complementar para preencher vagas restantes de alguns órgãos colegiados.

No entanto, a forma de encaminhamento aponta um vício de procrastinação da instituição, já que as eleições foram apenas chamadas para junho deste ano e não no começo do calendário acadêmico. “Ficamos no limbo em algumas questões e isso é bastante prejudicial”, alerta Ivonei.
