FUNPAR/HC: assembleia dia 21 de maio com Indicativo de GREVE

Em assembleia realizada hoje (14) os (as) trabalhadores (as) FUNPAR/HC rejeitaram a proposta da comissão patronal e votaram por unanimidade uma contra proposta que deverá ser devolvida até dia 20 de maio.  No dia 21 de maio a resposta da patronal será avaliada e os trabalhadores decidirão sobre o indicativo de greve, que caso aprovada, começa no dia 25 de maio.

Fabiano Camargo da Silva, economista do Dieese, assegurou aos trabalhadores que a maioria das negociações que estão sendo feitas no país estão conseguindo manter o ganho real nesse ano. Conforme o economista, mesmo nesse cenário de incerteza e dificuldade a maioria das negociações já partem ao menos do INPC, garantindo no mínimo a reposição da inflação. “Muitas categorias que estão em dificuldade ainda assim conseguem avançar, algo que não está acontecendo nesta proposta da patronal para a categoria FUNPAR/HC. A própria mobilização dos trabalhadores vai influenciar diretamente no cenário da negociação, que é o que tem peso maior”, disse Fabiano.

Os fundacionais começaram a Campanha Salarial no  dia 19 de março e rejeitam a proposta da patronal de 5,85% de aumento salarial, pois esse percentual não irá repor nem o INPC. A proposta dos trabalhadores é de 8,34% para repor a inflação do período e 50% de reposição das perdas salariais no ACT deste ano, e o restante no próximo Acordo Coletivo.

“Vamos negociar, levar essa contra proposta aprovada hoje em assembleia. Se não houver negociação vamos chamar assembleia de greve”, aponta José Carlos Assis, diretor do Sinditest.

Proposta Funpar ACT 2015/2016, analisada em 14 de maio

Reajuste Salarial: 5,85% (70% do índice da inflação)
Vale Alimentação 5,85% (passando de R$440 para R$465,74)
Auxilio Creche 5,85% (passando de 282% para 298,50%)
Adicional de insalubridade 5,85% (passando de 850 para 899,73)

Contra proposta dos trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC, com prazo de análise até 20 de maio

Reajuste salarial: 8,34% (inflação)  + 3,04% ( 50% de perdas**)  Total = 11,63%
Vale Alimentação: 15,18% (conforme inflação registrada em Curitiba), passando para R$ 506,79
Auxílio Creche: 15,10% (INPC Nacional), passando para R$ 324,40
Adicional de insalubridade:11,63%

(**) A nova proposta dos trabalhadores é que sejam pagos 50% das perdas neste acordo e a outra parcela no acordo do ano que vem.

Além da negociação da pauta econômica os trabalhadores irão lutar pela cláusula que garanta a estabilidade nos empregos.  A diretora Carmem Luiza Moreira lembrou mais uma vez aos colegas que é preciso lutar pela estabilidade. “Não existe estabilidade, isto é uma mentira. Tem vários colegas nossos que estão sendo humilhados, cobrados, assediados de todas as formas. O que é mais grave é que as chefias que são funpar estão assediando seus próprios colegas de trabalho. Nos não somos caranguejo então nos podemos andar para trás, temos que andar para frente”.

A trabalhadora Célia Soares declarou que mesmo que os fundacionais atravessem esse momento difícil, não devem desanimar, nem desistir. “A nossa categoria é guerreira, temos que lutar”, aponta a trabalhadora. “A gente está se sentindo assim espremido, vão nos mandar embora e ainda temos que ensinar os novos. Não esta fácil trabalhar mesmo, olha a miséria que agente ganha! Vamos lutar, nós temos que entrar em greve sim”, defendeu. Para Carla Cobalchini, diretora do Sinditest, o momento de lutar é agora, pois caso não haja mobilização dos trabalhadores não haverá nem aumento salarial que cubra o índice da inflação.  “Vamos apostar na nossa luta, na nossa força, na nossa trajetória! Se não aceitar nossa contra proposta vai ter greve, por que 5,85% a gente não engole”.
