Em greve há 15 dias, os trabalhadores do Hospital de Clínicas contratados via Funpar tiveram na tarde desta segunda-feira, 20, a primeira reunião de negociação com o reitor da UFPR, Zaki Akel Sobrinho. O dirigente melhorou a oferta de reajuste salarial dos funcionários, mas manteve o escalonamento proposto mais cedo, pela manhã, em reunião entre as comissões de negociação grevista e patronal.

O Sinditest-PR calcula que a nova proposta deve contemplar cerca de 80% do quadro da Funpar que trabalha no HC com a reposição integral da inflação.

Durante a reunião, Zaki Akel destacou por mais de uma vez que os novos índices de reposição são a última oferta a ser colocada na mesa pela reitoria da UFPR e pela Fundação de Apoio à Universidade Federal do Paraná.

“Eu quero deixar muito claro que a proposta que eu vou fazer aqui hoje é a máxima. Se vocês entenderem que não é o caminho, nós vamos judicializar”, disse.

A nova oferta irá a votação em assembleia da categoria, marcada para amanhã, 21, às 10 horas, no auditório do 7º andar do anexo B do Hospital de Clínicas.

Participem da assembleia, conheçam os novos índices apresentados e votem se aceitam ou não a proposta apresentada pela reitoria e a forma de pagamento, ou seja, escalonada de acordo com as faixas salariais.
