Em julho deste ano a assessoria jurídica do Sinditest entrou com representação no Ministério Público do Trabalho por considerar irregular a instalação do ponto eletrônico no Hospital de Clínicas.

Diante disso o MPT solicitou à Superintendência Regional do Trabalho uma fiscalização nas instalações do hospital e por último requisitou que a UFPR e a FUNPAR devem apresentar em 30 dias os seguintes documentos:
