FUNPAR atrasa 13º salário dos trabalhadores do HC; fundacionais chamam assembleia para amanhã, às 7h

Com o atraso do pagamento do 13º salário – que deveria ter caído hoje – os trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC iniciaram espontaneamente uma reunião hoje pela manhã no hall da direção do Hospital de Clínicas.

Ficou marcado indicativo de greve para quinta-feira, 24, e uma nova assembleia irá acontecer amanhã, às 7h, em frente à Central de Agendamentos do HC.

Em plena véspera de Natal, os trabalhadores não se sentem respeitados pela patronal, que no decorrer de todo 2015 não manteve em dia o pagamento dos trabalhadores do HC. Indignado e revoltado um trabalhador da categoria desafogou: “nós temos que parar, ninguém aqui é bobo, que palhaçada é essa”. Outra trabalhadora aproveitou: “é férias, é vale transporte é salário atrasado, agora até o 13º?”.

“Se eles não pagarem até o meio dia saímos com indicativo de greve para quinta “, sinalizou Carmen Luiza Moreira, da direção do sindicato.

Após pressão dos trabalhadores nesta manhã a coordenadora de Recursos Humanos da FUNPAR, Aline Simão, respondeu que o dinheiro foi repassado pela União na sexta-feira, 18, no entanto, o problema estaria na demora do operacional do sistema “SICONV” em transferir a verba para a conta da Fundação. Mais cedo a informação era apenas de que “não havia previsão”.

A direção do Sinditest vai notificar a direção do HC e a FUNPAR sobre a paralisação dos trabalhadores na quinta-feira.
