Greve 2015: Servidores da base do Sinditest-Pr em ato de rua no dia 1º de setembro

Os técnico-administrativos das Universidades públicas no país organizaram, em 2015, a maior greve da história da categoria: foram 133 dias paralisados lutando contra o maior ajuste visto em muitos anos. Ao final desse período, com ocupações, trancamento de rodovias, embates duros e muita construção, conquistamos um acordo de greve suado, que previa os seguintes pontos, entre outros:

1) Aumento no auxílio-saúde, auxílio alimentação e pré-escolar em janeiro de 2016;
2) Aumento de 5,5% em agosto de 2016;
3) Aumento de 5% em janeiro de 2017;
4) Aumento do step em 0,1% em janeiro de 2017;
5) Discussão sobre outros temas da carreira, com diferentes prazos pactuados;
6) Abertura de 2 mil vagas de graduação e 2 mil vagas de especialização para TAs no Plano Nacional de Desenvolvimento Profissional da carreira.

Historicamente, o governo tem sido um mau cumpridor de promessas, no que se refere aos pontos “qualitativos” dos acordos de greve, ao passo que é um “bom pagador”, no que se refere aos pontos econômicos conquistados pelos trabalhadores. Ou seja, os compromissos de financeiros, como os aumentos, são encaminhados na data correta, mas as demais discussões são solenemente ignoradas. Há, por exemplo, Grupos de Trabalho do acordo de greve de 2012 que até hoje não tiveram um único encaminhamento.

No entanto, a instabilidade gerada pelas crises econômica e política mais uma vez recai sobre o trabalhador: o PL 4251/15, que prevê o nosso aumento, foi aprovado na Câmara dos Deputados e está parado no Senado há mais de um mês, agora como PLC 34/2016. E o pior: considerando o recesso parlamentar (15 a 31 de julho), é necessário que até o final dessa semana o Senado aprove o projeto e envie para a sanção de Temer, sob risco de o aumento não entrar em vigor a tempo.

Estamos de olho no nosso aumento! Nenhum passo atrás!
