Contra os ataques aos direitos das mulheres trabalhadoras, vamos à luta neste 8 de março!

Na semana em que estamos prestes a celebrar o Dia Internacional da Mulher Trabalhadora, também entram em vigor as Medidas Provisórias 664 e 665 do governo Dilma.

A partir de agora, as mulheres que tiverem a tragédia de terem seus companheiros mortos e não completaram ainda dois anos de casamento ou união estável, deixarão de ter o direito à pensão por morte. Também só poderão receber 50% do benefício, e a depender de sua idade, podem recebê-lo somente por três anos.

As mulheres representam 86,8% dos beneficiados pela pensão por morte e consequentemente serão as mais prejudicadas com a restrição agora imposta.

Também serão as mulheres as mais prejudicadas com a restrição do auxílio-reclusão, que terão as mesmas regras da pensão por morte. Mulheres dos presos e suas famílias, que já carregam o sofrimento familiar de ter um companheiro preso, com tudo o que isto acarreta – como ter que viajar longas distâncias para fazer visita e passar humilhações nas portas dos presídios -, agora ficarão sem ou terão reduzidos o valor do benefício, que normalmente passa a ser a única fonte de renda dessas famílias.

Por estarem empregadas majoritariamente nos setores do mercado de trabalho com alta rotatividade, como o setor do comércio e o de serviços, as mulheres hoje representam 35% dos trabalhadores que dão entrada no seguro desemprego. Geralmente estão empregadas em empresas terceirizadas em serviços de limpeza, cozinha, telemarketing, ou seja, trabalhos com baixa remuneração e alta exploração. Pois a partir hoje, uma mulher que conseguiu permanecer em uma empresa de limpeza por um ano recebendo um salário mínimo, e foi demitida, não poderá mais ter acesso ao seguro desemprego.

Direitos como o auxílio-doença também ficarão mais difíceis de serem concedidos para as mulheres, uma vez que as perícias não serão mais realizadas pelos peritos do INSS, mas pelos médicos das empresas. Muitas doenças que atingem as mulheres como LER-DORT (Lesões por Esforços Repetitivos e Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionados ao Trabalho), depressão e fibromialgia, consideradas “doenças invisíveis”, serão mais difíceis de serem diagnosticadas pelos peritos a serviço dos patrões.

Há ainda direitos como o PIS, que também pela alta rotatividade a que as mulheres estão expostas, ficarão mais restritos, pois serão necessários no mínimo seis meses de contribuição e não mais um mês como era até agora.

Por trás dos números da quantidade de trabalhadoras que serão atingidas com as Medidas Provisórias, é importante imaginarmos os exemplos concretos de mulheres, em sua maioria negras, já empobrecidas pelo sistema extremamente explorador e desigual, que ficarão mais vulneráveis a todas as injustiças a que são submetidas pela exploração e opressão da sociedade capitalista. Mulheres que já tem um histórico de desemprego crônico, porque são as primeiras a serem demitidas quando as empresas fazem seus ajustes.

Pois são estas mulheres que o governo Dilma resolveu penalizar, para sinalizar, ao capital e ao mercado financeiro, que está disposto a cortar na carne de quem for, para ajustar a economia aos ditames neoliberais. A pretensa economia que o governo vai fazer com a aplicação das Medidas, em torno de R$18 bilhões, correspondem a cinco dias de pagamento da dívida pública neste ano de 2015. Ou seja, para continuar e aprofundar a sangria de recursos que vão para os bancos e os agiotas internacionais, o governo Dilma vai cortar na carne dos trabalhadores, e em particular, das mulheres trabalhadoras.

Neste mês de março, em que celebraremos o Dia Internacional da Mulher Trabalhadora, deveremos lutar com todas as forças para derrubarmos as Medidas Provisórias e não deixarmos que as MPs sejam aprovadas no Congresso Nacional. Aliás, uma Câmara dos deputados presidida pelo ultraconservador Eduardo Cunha, mas que já avisou que quer o máximo de urgência na aprovação do ajuste fiscal do governo Dilma.

Para aplicar as MPs 664 e 665, governo e oposição, PT, PMDB e PSDB estão juntos, pois as diferenças que existem entre eles acabam quando se tratam dos compromissos com os grandes bancos, latifundiários do agronegócio, empreiteiras e grandes empresários. Apesar de Dilma ser mulher, ela está mostrando que governa para os ricos e não para as mulheres trabalhadoras.

Por isso, nós, trabalhadoras, temos que participar da construção de um campo de classe, um campo dos trabalhadores sem patrões como alternativa de poder em nosso país, pois nem a direita reacionária e nem o governo Dilma nos representam. Neste dia 6 de março, o Movimento Mulheres em Luta estará participando das paralisações e do dia de luta chamado pela CSP-Conlutas, assim como em todas as atividades do 8 de março, estaremos levando a luta contra as Medidas que estão retirando os direitos das mulheres.
