Comissão de Ética orienta grevistas sobre pedidos para análise

Trabalhadoras e trabalhadores da base do SINDITEST estão empenhados em tirar do papel todas as ações deliberadas nas últimas assembleias. Os(as) grevistas, organizados(as) no Comando Estadual de Greve, estão divididos em diversos grupos de trabalho, que dão suporte e organizam as atividades do período. Uma das principais comissões é a de ética, responsável pela análise da legalidade de situações particulares que costumam acontecer durante a paralisação.

A Comissão de Ética deverá ser comunicada, por exemplo, sobre a realização de atividades essenciais, serviços indispensáveis ao atendimento das necessidades inadiáveis da comunidade. As demais solicitações deverão ser registradas conforme orientação abaixo:

– A entrega do pedido para análise deverá ser feita via formulário, disponível na recepção da sede administrativa do SINDITEST;

– A resposta (deferimento ou indeferimento) estará disponível na recepção em até cinco dias úteis após a data da entrega;

– Os membros da Comissão de Ética não receberão pessoalmente os requerentes;

– Se necessário, entrarão em contato telefônico com os mesmos;

– Os documentos comprobatórios do requerimento são de suma importância para a análise da comissão;

– Em caso de deferimento, os encaminhamentos com os servidores em greve serão feitos pela comissão e as orientações ao requerente constarão no parecer do formulário.
