Recorde de público. Realizado no Centro Politécnico, o penúltimo debate entre os candidatos a reitor e a vice-reitora da Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) contou com grande adesão da comunidade universitária, que lotou o auditório do campus. A sabatina, promovida pela CPC – Comissão Paritária de Consulta – foi transmitida ao vivo pela TV UFPR e contou com mediação do professor e jornalista Elson Faxina.

A discussão acerca de assuntos relacionados ao macro universo da Universidade, como infraestrutura, orçamento, 30 horas, deu o tom do debate. Também foi abordada a transferência de técnicos administrativos para o prédio adquirido por R$15 milhões, em Piraquara, questão essa sensível aos (às) trabalhadores (as), em especial da Imprensa e Cetran.

O próximo debate entre as candidaturas – último de uma série de sete já realizados – acontece hoje, segunda-feira, dia 19, às 18 horas, no Teatro da Reitoria.

Ambas as chapas defenderam em seus discursos a legalidade da jornada de trabalho de 30 horas para os (as) servidores (as). As duas candidaturas afirmaram que a implementação deve ser institucionalizada com segurança jurídica. Sobre a adesão dos (as) servidores (as) com função gratificada, tanto Ricardo Marcelo e Graciela quanto Sunye e Andrea declararam que a inclusão desses (as) trabalhadores (as) na jornada flexibilizada vai ser defendida diante dos órgãos de controle.
