Assembleia vota reajuste de 36,69% no plano de saúde Unimed

Os(as) trabalhadores(as) da base do Sinditest votaram na proposta “menos pior” entre as alternativas apresentadas pela Unimed: reajuste de 36,69% na mensalidade do plano de saúde, mais 30% de coparticipação nas consultas e teto de R$ 90 para exames e procedimentos. A proposta inicial da Unimed era 52,14% de aumento na mensalidade.

O martelo foi batido em assembleia realizada na manhã desta terça-feira (31), último dia de vigência do contrato corrente, após três assembleias para discussão do tema com os(as) conveniados(as). Se uma decisão não fosse tomada, o plano seria extinto a partir de 1º de novembro.

Após a primeira assembleia, realizada no último dia 17, a base apresentou uma contraproposta de aumento de 20% na mensalidade – valor baseado na inflação médica, mais 30% de coparticipação em consultas e teto de R$ 50 para exames e procedimentos. A Unimed recusou e avisou que iria rescindir os contratos de 2.366 vidas a partir de outubro.

Após uma segunda assembleia, realizada dia 23, e reunião de negociação em que a coordenação do Sinditest mostrou documentos comprovando que o pedido de reajuste da Unimed era abusivo, a administradora do plano de saúde definiu três opções, dentre as quais os(as) conveniados(as) deveriam escolher uma:
1. reajuste de 42,14% na mensalidade do plano de saúde, mais 20% de coparticipação nas consultas e teto de R$ 90 para exames e procedimentos.

2. reajuste de 36,69% na mensalidade do plano de saúde, mais 30% de coparticipação nas consultas e teto de R$ 90 para exames e procedimentos
3. reajuste de 27,49% na mensalidade do plano de saúde, mais 50% de coparticipação nas consultas e teto de R$ 90 para exames e procedimentos.

Os(as) trabalhadores(as) julgaram que a escolha menos desvantajosa seria a número 2, porque apesar de o reajuste na mensalidade ser maior que o da proposta 1, a coparticipação menor nas consultas beneficiaria os(as) conveniados(as), principalmente aqueles(as) de mais idade, que precisam de idas constantes ao médico e de exames frequentes.

Descartou-se judicializar a questão, pois os(as) trabalhadores(as) entenderam que levando para a justiça não teriam nenhuma garantia de ter o plano de saúde, que é fundamental para o bem-estar e qualidade de vida, especialmente dos(as) idosos(as).
