29 de Maio: ASSEMBLEIA GERAL EXTRAORDINÁRIA DE REFORMA ESTATUTÁRIA

Vem aí a Segunda Fase da Reforma Estatutária! Agora, vamos alterar a base de representação e instituir a Diretoria Colegiada!

No final de 2014 realizamos a Primeira Fase da nossa Reforma Estatutária. Foi a primeira vez que o Estatuto do SINDITEST foi modificado, em mais de 20 anos. Não foi fácil fazer isso. Realizamos mais de 30 assembleias para conseguir atingir o quórum e esclarecer toda a base sobre as modificações em andamento. Com isso, conseguimos vencer a primeira etapa: corrigir a contribuição voluntária dos filiados para 1% do vencimento básico, o endereço da sede e o quórum para futuras alterações do Estatuto.

Agora, vamos concluir as mudanças. No dia 29 de abril foi publicado no DOU o Edital oficial, conforme exigência do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, para realização de Reforma Estatutária que envolve a denominação, abrangência e base de representação do sindicato. O mesmo edital oficial foi publicado na Gazeta do Povo, no dia 29 de abril.

Portanto, no dia 29 de maio vamos aprovar a versão final do Estatuto do SINDITEST-PR, que passará a se denominar Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação das Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior no Paraná. Com as devidas modificações, o SINDITEST representará todos os câmpus da UTFPR e novos câmpus ou setores da UFPR, além da UNILA e de outras possíveis instituições que possam surgir. Além disso, representaremos também os empregados públicos regidos pela CLT, como os futuros trabalhadores da EBSERH no Hospital de Clínicas.

Nesta Reforma vamos instituir também a Diretoria Colegiada, a Organização de Base (OLT), a figura do Delegado Sindical e do Conselho de Representantes de Base, o Congresso do SINDITEST como instância máxima de deliberação, a relação da entidade com suas seções e todos os demais aspectos que substituem o modelo atual (presidencialista/burocrático) pelo modelo de democracia e participação efetiva da base.

Confira aqui a nova proposta de estatuto do SINDITEST. Essa versão sofrerá ainda ajustes e correções. Até o dia 27 de maio aceitaremos sugestões de correção ou modificação (envie sua colaboração para o email secr[email protected]). No dia 29, vamos votar a versão final.
