O XXII Congresso da FASUBRA será realizado entre os dias 4 e 8 de maio, em Poços de Caldas (Minas Gerais).

O Congresso é a instância máxima de deliberação da federação. Ele reúne delegados(as) eleitos(as) em Assembleias realizadas país afora, nas entidades de base filiadas  à federação. Trata-se de um processo verdadeiramente democrático e participativo, em que a base é convocada a comparecer ao Congresso e decidir sobre sua orientação política, programa, tarefas, deliberar sobre o Estatuto e eleger a nova Direção da federação.

Em 2012, o SINDITEST-PR compareceu ao CONFASUBRA com a maior delegação de sua história, tendo participado ativamente do Congresso e auxiliado a eleger a direção combativa e de luta que hoje está à frente da FASUBRA.
