A mudança das unidades acadêmicas da UTFPR Curitiba, hoje localizadas no campus central, para uma nova sede, no bairro Cidade Industrial, só deve ser concluída em 2018. A afirmação foi feita na manhã de quarta-feira, 13, pelo diretor do campus, César Augusto Romano, a técnicos administrativos que visitaram a futura nova sede.
Inicialmente, o encontro, solicitado pelo Sinditest-PR, deveria acontecer no campus central, onde no momento trabalham os servidores, e seria uma reunião para discutir o “plano-diretor” do nova sede. Por deliberação de assembleia, os técnicos haviam definido uma série de questões a serem apresentadas a César Romano.
O encontro, no entanto, acabou se transformando numa espécie de “tour” pelo local, guiada por César Augusto, que apresentou as novas instalações para cerca de 40 servidores.
Durante a visita, o diretor desmentiu as informações que davam conta de que a mudança estaria sendo programada ainda para 2016. “Algumas mudanças, de algumas unidades, podem acontecer no ano que vem? Podem. Mas a normalidade nós só vamos atingir em 2018”, previu.
Nova reunião
Ao fim do encontro, o Sinditest-PR tentou agendar uma nova rodada de conversa com o diretor de campus. “A ideia de hoje era um pouco contrária ao que aconteceu. Era que os servidores tivessem espaço para fazer perguntas. Por isso, vamos precisar nos encontrar novamente”, esclareceu Carlos Pegurski, coordenador-geral do sindicato.
O sindicato reivindica que essa reunião aconteça o quanto antes, conforme deliberado em assembleia, mas a administração prefere que o encontro se dê a partir de 27 de julho, quando voltam as aulas.
Ainda na terça, 12, o Sinditest-PR enviou à UTFPR um ofício adiantando o pedido de encontro no campus central, onde os técnicos afetados pela mudança trabalham atualmente.
Neoville
A nova sede da UTFPR, chamada Neoville, localiza-se no bairro Cidade Industrial de Curitiba (CIC). O terreno tem 250 mil metros quadrados, com 28 mil metros quadrados de área construída. Ele foi adquirido pela universidade no final de 2014, por R$ 65 milhões, pagos em parcelas previstas até 2017.
