A categoria FUNPAR/HC decidiu chamar uma assembleia com indicativo de greve para segunda, 18, às 10 horas, no Hospital de Clínicas. Reunida hoje, 14, a classe está revoltada com o não pagamento da primeira parcela do 13º salário, atrasado desde quinta-feira passada.
Caso a greve seja deflagrada, terá início na próxima quinta-feira, 20, em cumprimento ao prazo de 72 horas previsto na lei de greve. “Parece que essa é a única linguagem que eles entendem. Não deu tempo pra respirar, pra voltar a trabalhar de novo e eles já estão descumprindo o Acordo”, protestou o trabalhador Luiz Carlos Souza.
Em reunião muito recente com a direção do HC, o médico e diretor de assistência Adonis Nasr, informou que o repasse feito pela Fundação não é suficiente para pagar a todos, prometendo a efetivação do pagamento para a totalidade dos funcionários até a semana que vem. “A gente não pode mais acreditar neles, não pode bobear”, defendeu Rafael Krasota, da direção do sindicato.
Jurídico
Já estão na justiça diversas cobranças sobre o descumprimento de várias cláusulas do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho. As principais delas são os frequentes e já corriqueiros atrasos nos pagamento dos salários, FGTS, férias, vale-transporte e vale-alimentação.
Josimery Paixão, assessora jurídica do Sinditest acompanha de perto todos os processos por atrasos nos pagamentos e comunicou aos trabalhadores que agora o Sinditest vai entrar com ação coletiva para exigir o pagamento da multa de 5% sobre cada cláusula que vem sendo descumprida. “Vamos exigir o pagamento da multa, não é possível aceitar justificativas infundadas. A prioridade é o pagamento dos trabalhadores, é questão de sobrevivência”, apontou.
Reitoráveis e FUNPAR/HC
Na segunda-feira, 18, aconteceria uma reunião com uma das candidaturas à Reitoria da UFPR, no entanto, os trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC decidiram desmarcar por conta da urgência da assembleia que aponta o indicativo de paralisação.
A reunião com cada uma das duas candidaturas será agendada novamente numa data próxima, mas os trabalhadores já mandaram um recado: “Pra nós ‘eu prometo’ não funciona. De promessa o Brasil está falido, de mentira o Brasil está quebrado. A proposta tem que ser comprometida e assinada. A que a gente tem que vir em peso nas reuniões com os reitoráveis”, argumentou a trabalhadora Edinéia Pereira.
