Trabalhadores(as) do HC participam da greve do dia 5/12

Tanto os técnicos e técnicas com vínculo com a Reitoria da UFPR quanto os da Funpar e da Ebserh vão paralisar as atividades nesta terça-feira, 5 de dezembro, e participar do ato unificado, às 9h, na Praça da Mulher Nua. A direção do Sinditest levou informes aos trabalhadores e trabalhadoras do Hospital de Clínicas da UFPR em assembleia realizada na manhã desta segunda-feira (4).

Apesar de a alta cúpula nacional das centrais sindicais ter cancelado a greve geral do dia 5 de dezembro – em uma reunião virtual para a qual a CSP-Conlutas, à qual o Sinditest é filiado, não foi convidada –, a base do Sindicado decidiu manter a paralisação e o ato por avaliar que o momento não é de baixar a guarda.

“Quem é Funpar e Ebserh já está sob a Reforma Trabalhista. Daqui a pouco, se a Funpar quiser, vai contratar funcionários novos por trabalho intermitente, pagando por hora. Que tipo de trabalho vamos desenvolver aqui? A Reforma da Previdência vai ser igual. E vai atingir quem trabalha muito, desde cedo, ganha pouco e se aposenta tarde, ou seja, todos nós. O HC sempre foi de luta, sempre colocou o dedo na ferida e amanhã não será diferente. Para nós é greve geral!”, convocou Carla Cobalchini, coordenadora de Comunicação e Imprensa do Sinditest.

Respaldo Jurídico

A greve está sustentada legalmente para os trabalhadores e trabalhadoras de todos os vínculos empregatícios do Hospital de Clínicas. As notificações foram realizadas dentro dos prazos e o reitor Ricardo Marcelo se comprometeu a não cortar o ponto dos(as) grevistas, em audiência pública realizada em novembro.

“No que estiver no âmbito da UFPR e da negociação entre a comissão do Comando de Greve e da Reitoria, temos a palavra do reitor de que o ponto não será cortado. Isto está dado”, afirmou a coordenadora de Administração e Finanças do Sinditest, Mariane Siqueira.

Fim de ano com revezamento no HC

A orientação da Direção do HC para o recesso de final de ano estava gerando polêmica nos setores. Muitos setores estavam obrigando os trabalhadores a repor antecipadamente os dias do recesso, mesmo após orientação da Reitoria que determinava o funcionamento em regime de plantão no período de 26 a 30 de dezembro.

Diante disso, uma comissão formada por direção e base do sinditest-PR, se reuniu com a Superintendente do HC, Dra. Claudete Reggiani, e com o Chefe de Gabinete da Reitoria, Prof. Paulo Opuska, para negociar uma nova orientação.

Após uma hora de reunião, a Direção do HC concordou em anunciar o revezamento para as semanas do natal e ano novo. Os trabalhadores terão até o dia 10 de dezembro para escolher qual período irão trabalhar. Quem já começou a repor essas horas antecipadamente poderá negociar essas horas diretamente com a chefia imediata.
