Trabalhadores Funpar/HC entram em greve na segunda, 06

Os trabalhadores Funpar/HC entrarão em greve a partir da próxima segunda-feira, 06. A proposta foi aprovada por unanimidade em assembleia da categoria na manhã desta quinta, 02, após a Fundação da Universidade Federal do Paraná ter apresentado uma contraproposta de reajuste salarial de 5,2%. O índice mal cobre metade da inflação acumulada no período de maio de 2015 a maio de 2016, mês em que deveriam ter sido concluídas as negociações do acordo coletivo. Embora ainda não tenham sido divulgados os números oficiais da inflação de maio deste ano, a projeção do Dieese é que a soma dos últimos 12 meses fique em 9,97%.

A oferta de 5,2% foi feita via telefone, na noite de quarta-feira, 01, pelo advogado da Funpar Luiz Antonio Abagge. “Ele nem sequer enviou um ofício, que seria o correto, oficializar a proposta. Ou seja, na verdade, nós não temos proposta do patrão”, reclamou o coordenador-geral do Sinditest-PR, José Carlos de Assis.

Na assembleia, ele bateu forte no reitor da UFPR, Zaki Akel Sobrinho, que tem aparecido em diversos órgãos de imprensa a propósito de fazer uma “campanha de arrecadação” para o HC, admitindo que o “hospital vive uma grave crise financeira”. Para José Carlos, Zaki Akel aproveita essas aparições para desgastar previamente os movimentos reivindicatórios dos trabalhadores. “Já estão destruindo a nossa greve na mídia. Todo dia o Zaki faz uma choradeira, mendigando ridiculamente na TV, pedindo dinheiro para ex-alunos, pedindo para depositarem na conta. Quer que nós passemos como os “sem coração”, os que não entendem a situação do hospital”, disparou.

Carmen Luiza Moreira, trabalhadora Funpar/HC e também coordenadora-geral do Sinditest-PR, foi outra a criticar duramente a atual campanha da reitoria nos veículos de comunicação. “Se o professor Zaki agora sai na mídia passando a sacolinha, não é problema nosso. Porque quando a gente lutou contra a Ebserh, a gente alertou sobre o que ia acontecer. A gente quase se ajoelhou para as pessoas nos ajudarem. A gente enfrentou muita bomba.”

Os trabalhadores da base da Funpar/HC fizeram coro e censuraram a postura do dirigente da UFPR. “Todo ano, quando começa o acordo coletivo no HC, é essa conversa de que o “hospital está doente”. Essa é a verdade”, lembrou um deles. “Mas enquanto a geladeira deles está cheia, a de muitos dos nossos está fazia. Você abre e só falta cair a porta. A gente aqui é tratado pior do que cachorro”, bradou.

Antes da greve
O Sinditest-PR enviou a primeira proposta de acordo coletivo para a comissão de negociação patronal no dia 13 de abril, reivindicando um reajuste de 20,16%. Desde então, precisou lidar com uma série de manobras protelatórias da assessoria jurídica da Fundação, que primeiro questionou a legitimidade do sindicato como representante dos funcionários da Funpar e depois tentou ganhar tempo enquanto pedia “um voto de confiança” para elaborar planilhas sobre os impactos financeiros do reajuste. A primeira contraproposta, de 5%, chegou apenas na semana passada, quase um mês e meio após o Sinditest-PR dar início ao processo.

Os trabalhadores da base criticam o fato de, além da demora e da contraproposta rebaixada, a Fundação não ter sequer tocado em outros pontos que constavam no documento inicial enviado à patronal e que não teriam impacto financeiro (como a manutenção dos postos de trabalho para além de 2019, prazo fixado em um acordo judicial para que os trabalhadores da Fundação fossem demitidos; o pagamento dos salários no primeiro dia útil de cada mês; e a estabilidade para delegados de base e membros da comissão de negociação).

“Isso mostra que não é só questão de dinheiro, mas da importância que dão para nós”, concluiu um trabalhador.

Na segunda, 06, o primeiro dia da paralisação, os grevistas se reunirão no HC a partir das 6h30 da manhã, no hall dos elevadores.
