Marisa Ribas, dirigente do Sinditest, vai representar a categoria

Acontece no dia 9 de maio em Porto Alegre o Seminário sobre a Carreira dos Técnicos Administrativos em Educação. O evento será sediado pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) e é promovido pela Comissão Interna de Supervisão (CIS) local.

A história da construção do PCCTAE, a Racionalização de Cargos, Reconhecimentos de Saberes e Competência (RSC), dentre outros assuntos intrínsecos ao tema e de interesse dos TAE’s serão debatidos.

Marisa Ribas, da coordenação de Educação do Sinditest, vai participar do evento e diz que a proposta apresentada pelo CONIF/SINASEFE referente à RSC é uma adaptação voltada para os docentes e, portanto, as diretrizes exigidas são praticamente intangíveis pelos técnicos administrativos em educação, por isso há ainda a necessidade de amplo debate.

Segundo a diretora, há muito que avançar para melhorar a carreira dos TAEs, uma vez que a Comissão Nacional de Supervisão de Carreira (CNSC) precisa de suporte das CIS de cada universidade para compilar as ações e demandas da categoria, mas na prática esse diálogo é dificultado. “O problema é que a CIS mesmo sendo um órgão de assessoria da reitoria não tem nenhum suporte dessas reitorias, não são ouvidas pelas reitorias. Nem sequer garantir a participação de seus membros em eventos regionais e nacionais as reitorias garantem. Negam o custeio de inscrições, passagens e estadias. Como avançar dessa forma?”, critica.

O evento começa às 9 horas e vai até às 18; está prevista a participação de 200 servidores técnicos administrativos em educação.
