O vice-diretor do Setor de Ciências Biológicas da UFPR, Fernando Mezzadri, pediu prazo até a tarde de quarta-feira, 30, para ouvir novamente as chefias imediatas e dar uma reposta sobre a implantação da jornada flexibilizada no setor. A expectativa é que as réplicas possam ser anexadas ao processo que solicita as 30 horas já na quinta-feira, e o documento enviado para a homologação.

O pedido de Mezzadri foi feito na segunda-feira, 28, durante uma reunião com a diretoria do Sinditest-PR e técnicos que compõem a base do sindicato.

O processo que implanta a jornada flexibilizada no Setor de Biológicas já tramitou pelo Conselho Universitário (Coun), com parecer favorável do relator, José Olivir de Freitas Junior. À época, as chefias imediatas puderam se manifestar sobre o tema, e quase todas foram contrárias à implantação. No entanto, essas manifestações foram definidas como “vagas”, “inconsistentes” e “redundantes” pelo relator.

O vice-diretor Mezzadri agora quer ouvir as chefias novamente, a fim de tornar a implantação das 30 horas menos traumática no setor. Para ele, a implantação cabe a essas chefias e não à direção. “As boas relações de trabalho e a busca do respeito estão se destruindo porque essa não uma política institucional da UFPR”, reclamou ele.

Mezzadri também cobrou uma posição clara da reitoria sobre o tema. “Essa devia ser uma política da instituição, e não jogada para as chefias imediatas. Precisa haver uma posição da reitoria. Eu acho que essa deveria ser uma política da Universidade Federal do Paraná”, pediu.

Carlos Pegurski, coordenador-geral do Sinditest-PR, reforçou durante a reunião que a decisão do Coun está tomada, e não cabe mais contestação por parte dos chefes de departamento. “Que o Biológicas vai fazer 30 horas já está dado pela comissão do Coun, agora nós só vamos garantir como”, explicou. “Nós não estamos julgando o mérito, a comissão já fez isso. Agora, me parece que devíamos pactuar um prazo para as chefias. Nós temos que viabilizar as 30 horas”, reforçou.

O vice-diretor Mezzadri disse que estuda, a fim de garantir a jornada flexibilizada em departamentos com menor número de técnicos, a criação de uma secretaria unificada. Outra possibilidade é a fusão de algumas secretarias de departamento.
