Servidores aprovam paralisação de 48 horas para o início de abril

Os servidores técnico-administrativos da base do Sinditest irão cruzar os braços nos dias 08 e 09 de abril. Hoje os (as) trabalhadores (as) também decidiram pela realização de assembleia e atividades  sobre a Jornada de 30 horas no dia 07 de abril, acompanhando o calendário da Jornada Nacional de Luta encampado pela FASUBRA. Serão três dias de luta voltados para a Campanha Salarial unificada 2015/2016 dos Servidores Públicos Federais. Além disso, a assembleia integrou as mobilizações que acontecem hoje em todo país em alusão ao Dia Nacional em Defesa da Educação Publica.

Os SPFs têm nesse ano uma tarefa mais complexa que nos anos anteriores devido a atual conjuntura política e econômica do nacional e internacional. Márcio Palmares, dirigente sindical, mostrou que as ações do governo Dilma são contra os trabalhadores, pois privilegiam e defendem os bancos, o agronegócio e as empresas. Para ter uma ideia, aponta Márcio, o Bradesco teve recentemente o terceiro maior lucro da história dos bancos privados no país.  “O Que é que nos devemos fazer diante disso? Nós tivemos um exemplo muito claro aqui no Paraná dos servidores estaduais, que ocuparam a assembleia e fizeram uma marcha com 50 mil pessoas, conseguindo derrubar o pacote de maldades. O que Beto Richa fez com o serviço público do estado é a mesma coisa que a Dilma está fazendo contra os trabalhadores como um todo”.

Para Zen, servidor do Setor de Ciências da Terra, a luta pela data-base do funcionalismo público federal é imprescindível nesse momento, pois o ponto central e estratégico para garantir a negociação de reajuste salarial. Além disso, o servidor alertou sobre a importância da luta dos TAEs para brigar pelo plano de carreira da categoria.

Carla Cobalchini, diretora do Sinditest, explicou que a paralisação de 48 horas funcionará como um “termômetro” da luta da categoria pelo atendimento da pauta de reinvidicações. “Ou a gente aceita ficar cada vez mais encurralado pelo governo ou a gente já começa a se mobilizar desde já. Dias 07, 08 e 09 de abril é uma Jornada de Lutas de todo o serviço público federal. Não deixa de ser uma oportunidade pra testar até onde nossas bases estão dispostas a enfrentar esse governo e garantir alguma coisa pra 2016.”

Conforme a última plenária da FASUBRA, realizada nos dias 07 e 08 de março de 2015, há indicativo de greve para maio caso o Governo Federal negue negociação. Os TAEs irão deliberar sobre o indicativo de greve unificada dos SPFs no XXII Confasubra, que acontece entre os dias 04 e 08 de maio, em Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais.
