Servidores abrem o primeiro dia de paralisação com painel crítico sobre a EBSERH

Os servidores técnico-administrativos da base do Sinditest realizaram na manhã de hoje (08) um painel acerca da situação dos hospitais universitários que já aderiram à EBSERH e debateram as perspectivas para o Hospital de Clínicas da UFPR, atividade que integra a Jornada Nacional de Luta. No início desta manhã os (as) servidores (as) aderiram à paralisação de 48 horas, aprovada em assembleia no final de março, para que o Governo Federal negocie a pauta da Campanha Salarial Unificada de 2015 dos SPFs.

Natália Oshiro, diretora do sindicato, mostrou os problemas que os HUs que aderiram à EBSERH vêm enfrentando, citando dentre outros, o caso da UFPI, em que uma auditoria do Ministério da Saúde apontou graves irregularidades na aplicação dos recursos e onde houve greve do corpo médico. O caso mais recente é o da UFMG, que passa por uma grave crise, havendo fechamento de leitos, suspensão de transplantes e falta de medicamentos básicos, trazendo prejuízos e riscos aos pacientes.  “Quando a saúde vira um negócio de mercado o ser humano não é mais ser humano, se torna um mero produto”, pontuou Natália.

A criação da empresa está sendo questionada com uma Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade, no entanto a ADIN está engavetada pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal, Dias Tóffoli, defensor conhecido da política do Governo Federal.  O assessor jurídico do Sinditest, Ramon Bentivenha, explanou pontos centrais sobre a jurisprudência da empresa e criticou a divisão por categorias que tende a gerar divisão entre os trabalhadores, já que são pelo menos três regimes diferentes: FUNPAR/HC, RJU (Reitoria) e CLT (EBSERH). “Eles apresentam inicialmente para as vagas da EBSERH um salário muito maior que as do RJU, por exemplo. É a política do dividir pra conquistar”. Ramon ainda esclareceu muitas dúvidas dos servidores sobre o edital do concurso para a EBSERH/HC que já está em andamento desde o dia 31 de março já que muitos trabalhadores têm procurado o sindicato para entender o processo seletivo e para saber se haverão cursos preparatórios.

O diretor José Carlos Assis apontou que o sindicato pretende unificar todos os trabalhadores, sem distinção do vínculo de contratação. “A EBSERH quer dividir nossa força de luta, por isso nós vamos tentar organizar esses trabalhadores, mesmo sabendo que será mais difícil. Não dá pra ficar de braços cruzados enquanto o pessoal fica descendo o chicote nas nossas costas”, defendeu José Carlos.  A diretora Natália completou: os problemas do HC não começaram com a EBSERH e não vão terminar com ela. Nossa maior vitória vai ser nos unificar pra combater o que está por vir. Se nos fragmentarmos será o caminho da derrota.
