Reajuste de 17,34% da AMIL não pode ser refutado

O Sinditest fez todos os esforços para reduzir o reajuste de 17,34% da mensalidade do plano de saúde da AMIL, porém, o valor está respaldado em critérios previstos em contrato. Não aceitar este reajuste poderia ser entendido como pedido de rescisão contratual, medida que exige concordância expressa da base e discussão e aprovação em assembleia da categoria. 

A direção do Sindicato questionou o índice junto à empresa – por este ser três vezes superior ao que o governo concedeu como reposição de perdas à categoria. Em 24 de junho, a AMIL encaminhou proposta para o reajuste anual de 31,80%. O Sinditest não aceitou o valor, que não tinha fundamentação contratual. Assim, as regras do contrato foram utilizadas para forçar uma redução dos iniciais 31,80% para 17,14%.

A direção compreende que o valor de 17,14% não é o ideal. Afinal, nossas reposições salariais não foram nem próximas desse percentual. Entendemos que a saúde não deveria ser comercializada. Muito pelo contrário, deveria ser acessível a todas e todos. Justamente por isso, temos patrocinado lutas incansáveis em favor do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
