Márcio Palmares: PT e PSDB, apesar de serem diferentes na sua origem, aplicam hoje a mesma política.

A greve dos servidores técnico-administrativos das instituições federais de ensino, que no decorrer dos últimos dois meses e meio ganhou a adesão de boa parte do funcionalismo público federal, está na reta final. Existe a expectativa de que o governo apresente uma nova proposta ainda esta semana, até a próxima quinta-feira, dia 20. Se isso não acontecer, as negociações podem se estender até o meio de setembro, já que o prazo para a votação da Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias (LDO) pelo Congresso foi ampliado.

De qualquer maneira, é provável que a greve se resolva nos próximos dias. “O governo vai tentar enfiar alguma coisa goela abaixo. Se não estivermos unidos, não conseguiremos melhorar a proposta”, aposta José Carlos Assis, da diretoria do Sinditest-PR.

Na assembleia desta terça-feira, 18, os servidores avaliaram que o governo se fortaleceu nos últimos dias. A Rede Globo, a Federação das Indústrias do Rio de Janeiro (Firjan), a Federação das Indústrias de São Paulo (Fiesp) e o Banco Bradesco, por exemplo, vieram a público defender a gestão de Dilma Rousseff. “Por quê?”, questionou Carlos Pegurski, da UTFPR.

Outro fator para a reabilitação do Executivo, na avaliação dos servidores, foi o acordo firmado por Dilma com o presidente do Senado, Renan Calheiros (PMDB), em torno da ‘Agenda Brasil’. “O governo do PT é o governo mais traidor, sem-vergonha, canalha e corrupto da história. Uma coisa é o PSDB, que é um partido de patrões, de ricos, fazer o que fez no Paraná. Outra coisa é um partido que nasceu na classe operária fazer isso, porque isso confunde o trabalhador”, disparou Márcio Palmares, da diretoria do Sinditest-PR.

“O governo se recuperou nas últimas semanas justamente por conta dos acordos em torno do ajuste fiscal. Estamos disputando contra todos esses setores”, ponderou Carla Cobalchini, também diretora do Sinditest-PR.

Na reta final, o Fórum dos Servidores Públicos Federais, do qual faz parte a Fasubra, a federação que representa os técnicos administrativos, prevê novas ações a fim de pressionar o Executivo. A terceira caravana a Brasília está prevista para o próximo dia 27. Em Curitiba, na próxima terça-feira, 25, uma plenária acontecerá no RU Central, para discutir a ‘Agenda Brasil’. Após isso, um ato deve sair em direção à Praça Santos Andrade.

Amanhã, quarta-feira, 19, os estudantes da UFPR farão uma assembleia para decidir se aderem à greve. “A proposta vai melhorar se as categorias seguirem unificadas”, observou José Carlos Assis.

Nessa mesma toada, os servidores da UTFPR ocuparam na tarde de hoje a reitoria da universidade. O objetivo é pressionar a administração a negociar a pauta local. Os técnicos impuseram quatro condicionantes para deixarem o local: reinstalação da comissão central que avalia a jornada de 30 horas, instituição de uma comissão com o objetivo de estender o benefício do Reconhecimento de Saberes e Competências (RSC) aos técnicos, um documento atualizado detalhando as contas da universidade e o agendamento de uma reunião para a próxima terça-feira, 25, a fim de discutir os outros pontos da pauta.

A reitoria sem comprometeu a responder às reivindicações até o dia 02 de setembro. Ela também irá disponibilizar um documento com dados orçamentários e financeiros.

Pressão no INSS
Uma comitiva de servidores do INSS, que também estão em greve, compareceu nesta terça-feira na assembleia do Sinditest-PR. Eles relataram as pressões que vêm sofrendo por parte do governo, como o corte salarial correspondente aos dias parados. Segundo eles, alguns contracheques estão sendo remetidos com o valor líquido negativo.

Por conta disso, supervisores estariam entregando os cargos e aderindo à greve dos servidores administrativos.

Nem 16, nem 20
A assembleia de hoje também teceu duras críticas aos atos do último domingo, 16, que pediam o impeachment da presidente Dilma Rousseff. No entanto, os servidores decidiram não aderir às manifestações da próxima quinta-feira, 20, pró-governo. Na avaliação do comando local de greve, os atos, inicialmente convocados como protestos contra o ajuste fiscal, acabaram “sequestrados” pelas forças governistas.

“A posição da nossa Central [a Central Sindical CSP-Conlutas]é muito clara: nem dia 16, nem dia 20. Precisamos chamar uma marcha dos trabalhadores, e não do Partido dos Trabalhadores, que é um partido de traidores”, afirmou Carla Cobalchini.
