FUNPAR/HC aprova proposta de reajuste salarial de 8,34%

Depois de pressionarem o patrão para melhorar o índice de reajuste salarial, hoje pela manhã os (as) trabalhadores (as) FUNPAR/HC aprovaram a proposta de 8,34%, a ser paga em única parcela. O Vale-alimentação, Auxílio creche e Adicional de Insalubridade também receberão o mesmo índice de reajuste. Com isso a categoria suspendeu a deflagração de greve que havia sido marcada para sexta-feira (29).

A categoria FUNPAR/HC rejeitou os 5,85% propostos na semana passada e apontou estado de greve na assembleia realizada no dia 21 de maio. Somente após mais de dois meses de negociação, ontem (25), na mesa de negociação com a reitoria, surgiu nova proposta que contempla o INPC (Índice Nacional de Preço ao Consumidor). “Em cinco dias eles melhoraram a proposta, não consigo ver isso como uma atitude de boa vontade e sim de luta e união da nossa categoria”, afirmou a diretora Carmen Luiza Moreira.

Conforme retrospectiva da advogada Josimery Paixão, na primeira reunião de negociação não havia proposta de aumento. Na medida que a companha foi se fortalecendo as negociações em torno do índice passaram para 50%, depois para 70% do INPC, e então para 100%. Carla Cobalchini, dirigente do sindicato, mostrou que a melhoria da proposta, mesmo que insuficiente, só foi possível por causa da mobilização da categoria.

Carla apontou ainda que mesmo com as dificuldades de local para fazer as assembleias os trabalhadores mostraram disposição para continuar lutando. Desde o ano passado a direção do HC e a reitoria têm negado sistematicamente a utilização de salas e auditórios pelos trabalhadores do hospital.  Assim como na semana passada, a assembleia de hoje foi realizada na entrada do hospital, ao ar livre. O trabalhador Olivardo Acarine chamou atenção dos companheiros: “estamos mais uma vez nessa luta, se nós conseguimos isso foi mérito nosso, mas estamos cada vez mais pra rua, como vocês podem ver”.

Para além do acerto econômico, os trabalhadores permanecem preocupados quanto a data do pagamento do salário. A fundação vem atrasando o pagamento e isso tem gerado multas nos boletos de contas de água, aluguel, telefone, luz e convênios. Na reunião com a reitoria não houve acordo quanto à vigência da Cláusula 9ª do ACT 2015/2016, que prevê que o pagamento ocorra até o segundo dia útil de cada mês. “Eles não se comprometeram com a data do pagamento, mas nada impede de continuarmos cobrando”, apontou José Carlos de Assis , diretor do Sinditest.

A comissão patronal será comunicada sobre a decisão dos trabalhadores e será marcada reunião para efetivação do ACT 2015/2016.
