Conselho Universitário da UFPR aprova moção de apoio à greve

O Conselho Universitário da UFPR (COUN), aprovou uma moção de apoio à greve dos(as) técnicos(as) administrativos(as) da instituição na sessão desta quinta-feira (30).

O documento manifesta apoio ao movimento paredista dos(as) trabalhadores(as) da base da FASUBRA “pautado na defesa da carreira dos técnico-administrativos em educação e da estabilidade dos servidores públicos, contra o PLS 116/2017; a retirada da reforma da previdência e da MP 805/2017; o cumprimento do termo de acordo de greve de 2015; a revogação da reforma trabalhista; a manutenção do ensino público, gratuito e de qualidade e a defesa das Universidades e Institutos Federais”.

Confira aqui o texto da moção.

Os(as) trabalhadores(as) em greve se concentraram no pátio da Reitoria antes do início da sessão e se dirigiram para a sala do Conselho, garantindo a representação da classe. Antes da votação, a conselheira da bancada dos(as) técnicos(as) e coordenadora do Sinditest Carla Cobalchini destacou que a pauta da moção era ampla, e não contemplava apenas os interesses da categoria.

“Nós estamos combatendo e disputando o discurso público e midiático, e defendendo que a Reforma da Previdência da forma como está sendo apresentada pelo governo é um grande golpe nos trabalhadores, que ela não representa a solução, pelo contrário, ela se aproveita de uma crise pra sangrar o povo brasileiro, para sangrar os trabalhadores. É uma pauta geral, e a prova disso é que no próximo 5 de dezembro vamos ter um dia de greve nacional com todos os setores contra esse mesmo pacote de restrições que vem se implementando”, disse a conselheira.

O reitor da UFPR e presidente do Conselho, Ricardo Marcelo Fonseca, afirmou que a reivindicação dos(as) trabalhadores(as) era mais do que legítima.

“Considero que a pauta é justíssima e necessária no contexto institucional e político pelo qual estamos passando. Concordo integralmente com as palavras da Carla no que se refere à pauta da moção, que transcende a categoria. Inclusive, o aumento da contribuição previdenciária afeta muito mais os docentes do que os técnicos administrativos”, lembrou o presidente do COUN.

Ricardo Marcelo afirmou ainda que nesta manhã a Reitoria fez circular pelas diversas unidades da Universidade uma orientação nos termos da Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU) e do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) de que a UFPR se compromete a entabular uma negociação a respeito do direito de greve dos(as) técnicos(as) administrativos(as).
