Assembleia aprova continuidade da Greve Contra a PEC 241

No dia seguinte à aprovação em segundo turno da PEC 241 na Câmara dos Deputados, a base do Sinditest mostrou que continuará firme na resistência contra a precarização do serviço público. Em assembleia geral, técnicos e técnicas da UFPR, UTFPR, UNILA e FUNPAR aprovaram a continuidade da greve por tempo indeterminado, nesta quarta-feira (26), no pátio da Reitoria da UFPR.

Todas as instituições, incluindo a FUNPAR, já estão notificadas e há segurança jurídica para manter a paralisação. A greve deve durar enquanto a PEC 241 estiver em tramitação, portanto, até fins de novembro ou início de dezembro.

“A PEC foi aprovada ontem com 359 votos, nós sabemos que não tem como mudar a cabeça desses deputados, eles estão do outro lado da trincheira. O que nós estamos fazendo é a disputa da consciência das pessoas, para quando elas ouvirem um discurso a favor do ajuste fiscal, elas saibam que não é bem assim. Não estamos debatendo carreira, reajuste salarial, estamos fazendo o debate do futuro do serviço público! Em nome da direção do Sinditest, estamos muito felizes de construir essa greve. Vamos crescer!”, declarou a coordenadora de Comunicação Carla Cobalchini.

Na assembleia, a base aprovou comandos de greve local e nacional, para organizar as atividades, e atribuir funções. Nova assembleia foi aprovada para o dia 1º de novembro, terça-feira, às 10h, na tenda da greve, no Pátio da Reitoria da UFPR.

Fundo de Greve

A manutenção dos delegados no comando nacional de greve, bem como as atividades de greve pelo estado inteiro, caravanas e outras ações, dependem de um fundo extra, o fundo de greve. A própria FASUBRA, quando deflagra a greve, passa a cobrar o fundo de greve das entidades de base.

Assim, para garantir o debate e garantir a sustentabilidade da nossa greve, esse ponto será discutido e deliberado na próxima assembleia, que ocorrerá na terça-feira, 1º de novembro, na tenda da greve. Gabriela falou sobre a divisão internacional do trabalho como origem da superexploração da classe trabalhadora brasileira. Como o Brasil exporta matérias-primas a preço baixo e importa produtos com tecnologia dos países centrais, o grande empresariado nacional sai no prejuízo.

“Como essa transferência de capital para os países centrais é compensada? Com a superexploração dos trabalhadores. O grande empresariado garante seu lucro através de baixos salários, grandes jornadas de trabalho e intensificação do ritmo de trabalho”, expôs.
