Na tarde desta terça-feira (14), às 15 horas, a Comissão de Negociação da Greve se reuniu com a Reitoria para chegar a um acordo sobre o ponto da greve de 2016. Depois de várias tratativas, a redação do termo de acordo contemplou a posição dos servidores técnicos de que em relação à greve de 2016 já houve reposição de trabalho:
Cláusula quinta. Prova disso é que desde o término da greve até a presente data não houve notícias por parte de nenhuma chefia sobre o desatendimento das normas aqui contidas, de modo que se entende plenamente cumpridas.
Diante disso, a Comissão de Negociação que participou da celebração deste acordo considera que o documento satisfaz a deliberação tomada em assembleia no tocante à greve de 2016.
Quaisquer dificuldades de aplicação deste acordo serão objeto de negociação entre Sinditest e a administração pública, de modo que nenhum trabalhador seja prejudicado.
Sobre a greve 2017, abriu-se negociação. Esse processo terá um momento importante que será a realização de uma Audiência Pública sobre o direito de greve convocada pelas entidades APUFPR, DCE e Comando Local de Greve/Sinditest. A Audiência ocorrerá na quinta-feira, dia 16, às 14 horas, em local a confirmar, e contará com a participação do Reitor Ricardo Marcelo.
A participação da categoria nesta Audiência é fundamental para a continuação da negociação sobre o ponto da greve 2017.
