Acordo na Justiça garante representação do Sinditest para FUNPAR/HC

No segundo dia de greve dos trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC, somente após Audiência no Tribunal Regional do Trabalho é que FUNPAR, UFPR e Senalba aceitam que a negociação do ACT seja retomada imediatamente pelo SINDITEST.

Mais uma vez, a categoria dos trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC precisou fazer greve para avançar na negociação salarial. Neste ano, a FUNPAR e a Reitoria tentaram aplicar um golpe ainda maior, ao se recusarem a negociar a pauta de reivindicações da categoria  com o SINDITEST, alegando que o SENALBA representaria esses trabalhadores.

Diante do movimento de greve, a Vice-Presidente  do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho, Desembargadora Marlene Teresinha Fuverki Suguimatsu, convocou audiência de conciliação com as partes envolvidas para chegar a um acordo. Após duas horas de debate, o acordo selado entre as partes, com a mediação da Justiça, garante que o SENALBA não questionará a representação do SINDITEST-PR até o julgamento dos recursos referentes a uma ação que tramita no Supremo Tribunal Federal, em Brasília, referente à Maternidade Vitor Ferreira do Amaral e movida pelo SINDESC.

A partir desse acordo, a UFPR e a FUNPAR são obrigadas a restabelecer imediatamente o processo de negociação que foi interrompido pela patronal. Foi uma vitória da mobilização dos trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC que, pela forte greve que fizeram, pressionando Reitoria, FUNPAR e Direção do HC, conseguiram reafirmar que seu representante legítimo é o SINDITEST.

Durante a audiência, ficou muito clara a intenção do SENALBA, que é de apenas representar formalmente essa categoria e garantir o recolhimento do imposto sindical, uma vez que, nos últimos 25 anos, nunca se fizeram presentes em nenhuma luta da categoria.

O Reitor da UFPR não se fez presente na audiência, mas em reunião realizada na segunda-feira, durante a paralisação, sustentou a versão da FUNPAR de que estaria impedido de negociar mediante solicitação do SENALBA. Somente após a manutenção da greve, a Reitoria recuou e acenou com a possibilidade de reabrir a negociação.

As faixas, cartazes e palavras de ordem que agitavam o ato, deixavam claro que os trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC não querem e não reconhecem outra representação que não seja o SINDITEST. O relato dos representantes do Sindicato, especialmente da Coordenadora Carmen Luiza Moreira, expressaram o elo existente  na luta que une SINDITEST e base FUNPAR/HC.

Na próxima quarta-feira (18), a Comissão Obreira e representantes do SINDITEST devem receber da comissão patronal a contra-proposta da pauta elaborada pelos trabalhadores FUNPAR/HC. E, na quinta-feira (19), haverá assembleia para os trabalhadores discutirem coletivamente essa contra-proposta.

Esperamos agora que na negociação a palavra da patronal seja marcada pelo respeito a essa categoria, reconhecendo a necessidade de avançar nas reivindicações salariais e sociais do ACT 2016/2017.
