A construção da unidade exige um programa de enfrentamento aos patrões e às políticas dos governos do PT e PSDB e seus aliados

O Jornal “O Estado de São Paulo” publicou matéria na edição de 26 de dezembro passado intitulada “Atos pós-eleição estimulam movimentos sociais a articularem ‘frente de esquerda’”.

A matéria trata da reunião ocorrida no último dia 17 de dezembro, convocada e coordenada pelo MTST (Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Teto), da qual participaram diversas entidades sindicais e populares, dentre elas a CSP-Conlutas.

A reunião não adotou resoluções, dada a diversidade de opiniões e setores presentes. Por indicação do MTST, com apoio de outros setores, será realizada uma nova plenária em janeiro de 2015.

O jornal destaca as posições dos setores governistas, que compareceram com grande peso à reunião entre os quais PT (Partido dos Trabalhadores), PCdoB (Partido do Socialismo), CUT (Central Única dos Trabalhadores), UNE (União Nacional dos Estudantes), MST (Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra), CMP (Central dos Movimentos Populares), dentre outros -, como se fossem resoluções adotadas na reunião.

Para o jornal, a reunião deu a largada para a criação de um movimento “para promover manifestações e pressionar o Congresso e governo a adotar agenda considerada progressista, em resposta ao avanço de mobilizações associadas ao conservadorismo”.

E que tal frente, o jornal chama de frente popular de esquerda, vai “buscar espaço dentro do governo Dilma para projetos que estejam em sintonia com a agenda da esquerda, como reforma agrária e regulação da mídia”. “Vamos fazer a disputa dentro do governo”, teria dito Raimundo Bonfim, da CMP.

E que tais movimentos preparam “um cronograma de manifestações que começa com atos pela convocação de uma constituinte exclusiva para a reforma política na posse de Dilma, no dia 1º”.

O jornal dá destaque ainda ao deputado Renato Simões, do PT. “Em torno destas atividades deve se buscar uma unidade. O primeiro semestre deve ser de muita instabilidade política”. “A outra missão da frente de esquerda será enfrentar na rua o `golpismo´ representado, segundo ele, por grupos que pedem o impeachment de Dilma”, teria afirmado o deputado.

Embora a CSP-Conlutas não veja no “Estado de São Paulo” qualquer credibilidade para tratar dos temas em questão, a Central não tem dúvida de que essas são as posições dos setores da base de sustentação do governo do PT que participaram da reunião.

E que, sob o manto de evitar a volta da direita, as propostas desses setores vão ao encontro de blindar o governo Dilma e dar a sustentação necessária, no interior dos movimentos sociais e sindicais, para que o governo enfrente as turbulências econômicas e sociais que devem marcar o próximo mandato.

A CUT, aliás, saiu na frente, e apresentou a proposta do PPE (Programa de Proteção ao Emprego), junto a outras centrais. O programa de proteção ao emprego apresentado pela CUT permite aos empresários reduzir salários em caso de crise econômica, e ainda receberem subsídios e isenções fiscais por parte do governo, usando recursos do FAT (Fundo de Amparo ao Trabalhador) e do seguro desemprego. Ou seja, dinheiro que deveria servir para a qualificação profissional e proteção do trabalhador no caso de desemprego vai servir para garantir o lucro dos empresários.

Lamentavelmente, todas as entidades presentes à reunião e que fizeram uso da palavra, à exceção da CSP-Conlutas, evitaram tratar de um tema tão concreto como esse, fundamental para a construção da unidade na luta em defesa dos direitos dos trabalhadores.

Para Paulo Barela, membro da Secretaria Executiva Nacional da CSP-Conlutas, e que esteve presente à reunião, a plenária convocada para janeiro de 2015 deve discutir explicitamente quais são os objetivos desse espaço que está sendo criado, a partir do chamado do MTST.

“A unidade se faz mais do que necessária para enfrentar as políticas dos governos de turno, seja o governo federal encabeçado pelo PT ou governos estaduais, como o de Alckmin, do PSDB, em São Paulo. A construção de uma agenda unitária e uma plataforma comum de reivindicações é muito importante, mas deve se basear em reivindicações concretas e nas necessidades mais urgentes de nossa classe, no enfrentamento ao patronato e contra qual governo for. Se for para blindar governo, a unidade se volta contra os trabalhadores”, afirmou Barela.

Em 2015 vai ter luta!

O governo Dilma já anunciou as principais medidas e a equipe que vai tocar a política econômica no próximo mandato: aumento da meta de superávit primário com conseqüente redução do investimento nas áreas sociais, aumento de juros, arrocho fiscal e monetário. Receita mais tucana do que essa é difícil de imaginar.

Já em São Paulo, Alckmin e Haddad acabam de anunciar o aumento das tarifas do transporte público. A crise hídrica está impondo graves dificuldades à população da periferia da capital e de várias cidades do interior do estado, como em Itu.

O mesmo se dá no tema da corrupção. O escândalo da Petrobras, que vem ocupando com destaque as manchetes depois da Operação Lava Jato, atingindo fortemente o PT e partidos aliados, é correlato do escândalo dos trens e do metrô em São Paulo, estado governado há décadas pelo PSDB.

Enquanto na Petrobras trabalhadores estão sendo demitidos por contra do fim dos contratos com as empreiteiras envolvidas em corrupção, em São Paulo Alckmin segue perseguindo, com a cumplicidade da Justiça, os metroviários que ousaram desafiar seu governo e fazer greve.

Para Mauro Puerro, também membro da Secretaria Executiva da CSP Conlutas, “a unidade para o enfrentamento dessas políticas concretas, sejam elas aplicadas pelo PT, PSDB ou outros partidos, se faz mais do que necessária. E essa ação exige independência frente aos governos que hoje, sem exceção, cumprem uma agenda de reformas contra os trabalhadores”.

Com essa perspectiva de construção da unidade nas lutas e de independência frente aos governos a CSP -Conlutas participará da reunião de janeiro.
