Na próxima terça-feira, 17 de novembro, os trabalhadores filiados ao sindicato e que fazem parte do convênio com a Unimed (aposentados ou não) devem comparecer à Assembleia, para tratar da proposta de reajuste que será apresentada pela Unimed.

A Diretoria do Sindicato se reunirá com os representantes da área comercial da Unimed nesta sexta-feira (13), juntamente com a Comissão do Grupo de Aposentados(as) que vem fazendo estudos sobre o convênio, para avaliar as primeiras propostas de negociação.

Vale lembrar que o convênio estabelecido pelo sindicato é da modalidade “coletivo por adesão”, por isso, os reajustes não são limitados pela ANS (Agência Nacional de Saúde), como acontece nos planos vendidos às pessoas físicas. Por outro lado, nessa modalidade existe a “divisão dos gastos” entre os associados, isto é, o valor das despesas é repartido entre todos os usuários através de cláusulas previstas no contrato (como o conceito de “sinistralidade”).

No ano passado, para evitar um reajuste alto demais, todos os usuários migraram para o Plano Flex. Com isso, para muitas pessoas houve até redução da mensalidade.

Agora, a maioria dos usuários, aqueles com mais de 55 anos, paga um valor que representa cerca de 1/5 do valor pago no mercado por pessoas físicas (em relação ao Plano Flex I, coparticipação de 20%, enfermaria).

Essas condições são excepcionalmente boas para os filiados(as) do Sinditest-PR e a atual direção do sindicato tem feito esforços para que as negociações sejam conduzidas de forma responsável, para preservar o convênio e o benefício aos associados. Em 2014, o reajuste praticado foi de cerca de 27%. Embora o valor nominal (a porcentagem do reajuste) seja alto em comparação com a porcentagem dos aumentos que recebemos do governo Dilma (5,5%), o fato é que mesmo após tal reajuste a maioria dos usuários ainda paga valores que estão muito em conta (porque o percentual se aplica a valores relativamente baixos).

Para realizar tal negociação com responsabilidade e transparência temos realizado reuniões de negociação e submetido a decisão final à Assembleia Geral dos associados. Por isso, convidamos todos os filiados que são usuários desse plano a comparecer à Assembleia da próxima terça-feira.
