Ontem, servidores jantaram sanduíches e as sobras de uma sopa.

Com o início da reforma do refeitório do HC, que interditou o espaço, os servidores do hospital estão desde ontem, segunda-feira, 18, sem opção de local para fazer as refeições. O almoço e o jantar deixaram de ser servidos e foram substituídos por um sanduíche de queijo e presunto e café. Na noite de ontem, havia também uma sopa, que na verdade eram sobras. De acordo com os próprios funcionários do refeitório, a partir de hoje haverá apenas o sanduíche.

Um comunicado interno, enviado aos trabalhadores no dia 11 deste mês, dizia que uma área seria isolada para que a chamada “ceia” continuasse a ser servida. “Ontem, as pessoas se sentiram humilhadas. Foram lá pra jantar e receberam um pão com queijo”, relata Max Dias Colares, servidor do HC e também diretor do Sinditest-PR. Geralmente, o cardápio do refeitório do hospital contava com arroz, feijão, macarrão, salada e algum tipo de carne.

O jantar, no HC, era servido de graça e atendia não só aos servidores, mas também aos acompanhantes de pacientes. Para o almoço, era cobrado uma taxa de R$ 4, valor do ticket-refeição. “Como ficam os trabalhadores agora? E as famílias que passam meses com pacientes dentro do hospital? Como vão fazer uma refeição digna?”, questiona Colares.

A interdição do refeitório do hospital acontece pouco depois de o preço do RU da UFPR ter sido elevado de R$ 1,90 para R$ 6 para servidores. “O trabalhador, que já recebe pouco, agora não pode comer no hospital e nem no RU, porque o preço foi às alturas. É um desrespeito”, avalia Carmen Luiza Moreira, também trabalhadora do HC e coordenadora do Sinditest-PR.

Para Colares, a situação é mais complicada para os servidores que fazem os plantões de 12 horas. “A pessoa trabalha 12 horas e não tem um almoço ou uma janta. É muito difícil. Será que um sanduíche de queijo e presunto é o suficiente para essa pessoa?”

O Sinditest-PR tentou entrar em contato com vários departamentos do hospital, mas ninguém soube informar qual é a previsão de duração das obras. O número de refeições que eram servidas por dia no hospital também é desconhecido.
