Em Brasília, encontro nacional vai pensar alternativa para a educação

Um debate reunindo desde as cantineiras que trabalham em escolas de Ensino Fundamental até professores universitários, a fim de pensar para a educação brasileira um projeto alternativo ao oficial, implantado pelas diferentes instâncias de governo. É esse o objetivo do 2º Encontro Nacional de Educação, que acontece nos dias 16, 17 e 18 de junho em Brasília.

O Sinditest-PR terá 11 representantes no encontro, que conta com mais de três mil inscritos. A “caravana do Paraná”, sozinha, enviará cerca de 100 pessoas, entre técnicos e estudantes de universidades federais, estaduais e institutos do estado.

“O evento é um tentativa de organizar a militância da educação”, define Carlos Pegurski, coordenador geral do Sinditest-PR que irá a Brasília. Ele destaca que o encontro não tem perfil academicista. “Não vai ter apresentação de trabalho, nada disso. Vão ser debates e grupos de trabalho com a militância mesmo”, explica. “Não à toa, o PT não toca esse projeto”, critica.

O encontro, de acordo com ele, é organizado de forma “horizontal” e envolve desde sindicatos municipais até entidades nacionais.

O 1º Encontro Nacional aconteceu no Rio de Janeiro, há dois anos, e foi uma resposta ao Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE), aprovado à época pelo Governo Dilma Rousseff. “Aquela foi a gota d’água, porque o PNE não dialogava com a sociedade organizada”, censura Pegurski. “O que os governos do PT consideram educação pública é uma perversão. É um financiamento para as “uniesquinas” da vida, que financiam campanhas, e não um compromisso com a educação pública, gratuita e de qualidade.”

Uma manifestação na quinta-feira, 16, na Esplanada dos Ministérios, vai abrir o Encontro Nacional de Educação. Em Curitiba, o Sinditest-PR organizará um ato regional na mesma data, aprovada em assembleia como um dia de paralisação nas universidades públicas que compõem a base do sindicato. No hall de entrada do Edifício Dom Pedro I, na reitoria, uma mesa às 10 horas vai debater educação e saúde públicas, o PL 257 e o cumprimento do acordo de greve da categoria dos técnicos administrativos.

Plenária da Fasubra
Após o Encontro Nacional de Educação, a Fasubra realiza nos dias 19 e 20, também em Brasília, uma plenária para discutir a conjuntura política nacional. É a primeira plenária da entidade depois que Michel Temer (PMDB) assumiu a presidência interina do país. O Sinditest-PR terá seis delegados no evento.

“O Governo Temer é um governo que não defende os trabalhadores, nós precisamos manter as nossas lutas”, adianta Pegurski, que também será um dos representantes do Sinditest-PR na plenária.

Na ordem do dia, devem estar também o PL 257 e o cumprimento do acordo salarial obtido durante a greve do ano passado, que prevê um reajuste de 5,5% para a categoria dos técnicos administrativos em agosto deste ano.
