Ato Ocupa Brasília leva 25 mil ao Congresso e sofre repressão violenta

Uma multidão de mais de 25 mil manifestantes, entre trabalhadores(as) e estudantes vindos de todos os cantos do país ocupou toda a Esplanada dos Ministérios até as portas do Congresso Nacional, em protesto contra a PEC 55, e foi violentamente reprimida pela Polícia Militar (PM) do Distrito Federal (DF), que deixou dezenas de feridos. O ato Ocupa Brasília foi realizado no dia 29 de novembro, última terça-feira, em Brasília.

A data foi eleita por centrais sindicais e movimentos sociais por ser o dia da votação em primeiro turno da PEC 55 no Senado Federal. Apesar da adesão massiva ao ato e da clara insatisfação do povo quanto à medida, a Proposta foi aprovada por 61 votos favoráveis a 14 contra. A truculência da polícia deixou dezenas de pessoas ficaram feridas, entre adolescentes e idosos.

A concentração começou no início da tarde em frente ao Museu Nacional. Por volta das 14h, um comboio de caminhoneiros passou pela Esplanada, em um buzinaço de protesto contra a PEC 55. Estudantes e servidores(as) de todos os cantos gritavam palavras de ordem e faziam barulho com apitos e instrumentos musicais, além de distribuir panfletos para a população.

Às 16h, técnicos(as) da base do Sinditest e estudantes – que saíram de Curitiba em uma caravana de cinco ônibus – se uniam ao bloco da FASUBRA, na marcha até o Congresso. Do Paraná, mais de 20 ônibus viajaram até a capital federal para engrossar a manifestação.

Faixas, cartazes, bandeiras e carros de som compunham um bonito e coeso grupo, que deixou evidente a unidade da classe trabalhadora e do movimento estudantil frente ao cenário de retirada de direitos. O ato seguiu dentro do esperado até a multidão alcançar o gramado em frente à Câmara dos Deputados e ao Senado.

As forças de repressão sequer aguardaram os manifestantes ocuparem toda a frente do Congresso para iniciar a “dispersão”, com bombas de gás lacrimogênio e spray de pimenta. Deste momento em diante, a truculência da PM não teve trégua.

Bomba após bomba, o povo foi obrigado a recuar. Com os olhos e a garganta ardendo, desde adolescentes – os(as) secundaristas que ocuparam seus colégios em protesto contra a PEC 55 e a reforma do Ensino Médio – a aposentados, o povo resistia o quanto podia em meio ao cenário de guerra.

“Mais uma vez o dia 29 é marcado por um governo que está atacando os trabalhadores. O ano passado foi o 29 de abril com o Beto Richa, jogando duas horas de bomba na cabeça dos trabalhadores do Paraná. Hoje, aqui em Brasília, o dia que está sendo votada a PEC da Morte, o presidente e o Senado recebem os trabalhadores e a juventude com bomba, com cavalaria, com repressão. Esses governos não nos representam e a gente está aqui para dizer que nós resistimos, e não vamos deixar essa PEC ser aprovada sem que a classe trabalhadora se manifeste, sem que a juventude se manifeste. É lamentável que mais uma vez a gente tenha um 29 para ser lembrado”, bradou a coordenadora de Administração e Finanças do Sinditest, Mariane Siqueira.

No final da tarde, a PM jogou a cavalaria contra os(as) manifestantes, enquanto carros do batalhão de choque da polícia percorriam o gramado a toda velocidade, para provocar pânico. Helicópteros começaram a sobrevoar o ato e lançar bombas. A polícia reforçou a repressão com tiros de balas de borracha. “Não acabou, tem que acabar! Eu quero o fim da Polícia Militar”, gritavam os(as) manifestantes.

A noite caiu, e por volta das 21h, com a manifestação já dispersada pela repressão, a PM ainda jogava bombas contra os poucos manifestantes que resistiam.

A votação da PEC teve início durante a tarde. Enquanto estudantes e trabalhadores(as) desarmados(as) eram atacados pela PM, os(as) senadores(as) se refestelavam com um coquetel pago com dinheiro público, e assistiam à barbárie de camarote. Os(as) poucos(as) parlamentares que defenderam o povo e solicitaram que manifestantes entrassem na Casa para acompanhar a votação tiveram a demanda negada.

O texto da Proposta foi aprovado ainda na noite do dia 29. Na madrugada do dia 30, os(as) senadores(as) terminaram de analisar três destaques (sugestões de alteração), rejeitando todos. Um deles era a proposta de excluir do teto os investimentos em saúde e educação.

O corte do orçamento das políticas e serviços públicos em áreas prioritárias avançou. A votação em segundo turno está prevista para o dia 13 de dezembro.
