Após HC encerrar contrato com terceirizada, refeitório irá restringir atendimento durante 15 dias

A partir de segunda-feira os funcionários do HC não poderão, no período de pelo menos 15 dias, utilizar o refeitório da Unidade de Nutrição de Dietética do hospital. A medida da administração do HC se deve ao encerramento do contrato com a empresa de serviços terceirizados PLANSUL.

A vigência do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho desses trabalhadores é de 05 de fevereiro de 2013 até 04 de fevereiro de 2015. Todos estarão na rua a partir de semana que vem, no aguardo de serem ou não contratados novamente pela empresa PLANSUL.

A direção do hospital informou que um novo contrato já está “quase” certo e dentro de duas semanas a situação do refeitório deverá voltar ao normal.  Entretanto, por conta do planejamento inadequado o HC ainda ficará por 15 dias sem contar com o trabalho de aproximadamente 90 funcionários, aguardando a validade do novo contrato. Nesse período, o trabalhador que depende da alimentação no refeitório terá que trazer lanche de casa ou ir comer no RU. Também nesse período os funcionários do refeitório terão acúmulo de trabalho já que terão que trabalhar pelos funcionários que serão demitidos.

A refeição de todos os pacientes e acompanhantes continuará sendo fornecida, informou a superintendência do setor. Ainda, segundo a encarregada, a restrição do uso do refeitório para os funcioários do HC será apenas para os que cumprem até seis hora de jornada. Já o cartaz abaixo informa que o atendimento estará restrito a toda comunidade.

Os velhos e anunciados problemas da contratação de trabalhadores terceirizados/precarizados 

A terceirização penaliza a vida dos trabalhadores, que deveriam ser contratados via RJU e não subcontratados como produtos descartáveis como acontece no Hospital de Clínicas. Isso sem contar o baixo salário que recebem.  A universidade fecha os olhos para todos os problemas de exploração que decorrem dos contratos precarizados firmados com essas empresas, as quais não parecem ter compromisso humano e ético com a “mão-de-obra” contratada.

Os impasses que o HC vem tendo com esse tipo de “parceria” com o setor privado são velhos conhecidos e no final das contas, o mais prejudicado é o trabalhador. Em janeiro deste ano os funcionários terceirizados da empresa HAMIRISI no HC fizeram protesto em frente ao hospital por estarem com salário, 13º, vale transporte e férias atrasados.
