Após 22 dias de greve, técnicos do Cefet-MG obtêm vitória pela jornada de 30 horas

Em reunião realizada na tarde desta terça-feira (27), o Conselho Diretor do Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais (Cefet-MG) decidiu pela aprovação, na íntegra, da minuta de resolução que regulamenta a jornada de 30 horas para os técnicos administrativos em educação (TAE) da instituição.

Em greve há 22 dias, os TAE mantiveram intensa agenda de mobilização e conseguiram grande adesão, o que obrigou a direção geral do Cefet-MG a mudar de posição diversas vezes durante o movimento paredista, para no final, votar a favor do pleito. A decisão sobre a regulamentação poderia ter sido feita por ato do diretor geral, mas este remeteu a decisão para o Conselho Diretor.

Segundo o presidente do Sindcefet-MG, Antônio Arapiraca, a vitória dos TAE tem grandes proporções e representa um marco tanto para o Cefet-MG como para o movimento em defesa da jornada de 30 horas nacionalmente.

“Agora existe um precedente que vai ajudar na luta pelas 30 horas em diversas outras instituições. Além disto, a greve expôs a forma como o corpo gestor do Cefet-MG trata os servidores, já que para alocar 320 vagas docentes e 150 de técnicos administrativos tudo foi decidido pela direção, mas nesta importante demanda dos TAE, a direção remeteu o pleito para o CD e para um Conselho de Planejamento e Gestão que nem existe. Tudo isto me parece uma evidência clara de que existem vários pesos e várias medidas no Cefet-MG”, afirmou Arapiraca.
